Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, breakfast option at the cafe next door is very good, location is amazing really close to the main station, the closest metro station is basically accross the street, lots of more affordable food options close by

It is a trade off for staying at a 50s/60s/70s design hotel, that some modern ameneties like sockets next to the bed is missing. In my room there were a lot of ambient lighting fixtures that locken really pretty but weren't powerful enough to light the room in wintery february

Great location. 10 minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Bed was very comfortable

Room was small but set up in an efficient manner

Location close to the main railway station and too most of the attractions.Property was clean and staff were superbly helpful.Breakfast was to order from a reasonable menu.Room was spacious and comfortable.

Liked the hotel a lot, a really nice location and very helpful and friendly staff. The room was very cozy, definitely would book again once in the city.

A clean room with simple decor. Comfortable bed with a good night sleep. Well equipped. Friendly staff. Excellent location.

The lift wasn't working for my stay.

Nice decorated place, feels like home, Good location. I had a nice view out of my room. Make up mirror and possibility to make tea and coffee in the room were appreciated

One of the plants in my room was too old and dry to be kept. Poor sight and spoiler of the decor.

The location is very good and central. The reception staff were polite and friendly during my stay.

I rarely write reviews, but this time I feel I must.The lift in a five-storey building was not working for the entire three-day stay. Guests were placed on higher floors and had to use steep stairs repeatedly, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be four stars.The room was not serviced during my stay – even the bin was not emptied once in three days.The facilities do not match a four-star standard. There was no mini fridge in the room and overall the condition felt below expectation for the price paid.Most concerning, I paid in full at check-in, yet after I had already left the country I received two further payment attempts for the same amount and the same stay. This is extremely worrying.

You hear the people walking is other rooms, but this is somehow the charm of this old building.The first board of shelf kept falling on the grond... not very practical to store my stuff :-)

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to a metro station and walking distance to transport hubs & points of interest. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated, spotless clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious, cosy, and with a nice view on the side-street.

Beautiful and niche hotel fully decorated in 1960/1970 original danish furniture. Staff were lovey and welcoming

The double room was very cosy, and the walls were quite thin meaning we heard when our neighbours fancied a bit of 6am TV on the Sunday morning!

The staff was friendly and helped us with switching rooms. Service oriented. Location is perfect.

For the amount of price you pay for this hotel, it definitely does not justify it. The rooms are outdated. It’s not even proper coffee at the rooms. We had to switch rooms two times as the room didn’t have enough light/lamp.

Good location

It’s a very old property (not In a good way) and they just decorated with modern furniture to make it look “nice”

Stylish and furnished with attention to detail. Had an issue with the pipes in my bathroom and the reception staff was just super lovely and had maintenance deal with it right away.

Room was a bit small, but totally okay for one person with just carry-on. Bathroom was a bit dated.

The location was perfect - very close to lots of fantastic sights as well as restaurants and bars. Also very close to the metro which was easy to use.The rooms were comfortable and clean.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wine hour was a very nice added bonus!
