Kitchen useless no plates no cutlery Toilets at ground floor out of order.. only for women working

The overall cleanness was absolutely unacceptable and the amount of smoking in the room was unacceptable for non-smoking property. Rude patrons and no regards for personal hygiene nor space

The location

I dont like to live in a celler and I dont like to be awakened by the clearing personal at 5.30 in the morning.

Close to metro station/easy access from the airport.

It was Ok.

A&O hotel chain provides good quality stays for price they offer. This time wasn't exception.

Staff was very friendly

Paying for a towel, and the bathroom was a little flood when taking a shower, the bathroom faucet in the beginning was draining too slow but I mentioned it to the staff and it was fixed.

Did not attend breakfast but location was excellent only a small walk from: metro ,train station, bus station and multiple shops and restaurants.

No complaints

The location. Very close to the metro, lots of restaurants around. Check in was fast and easy with the kiosk.

The walls were so dirty. I'm the hall to our room and in our room. It made me question how clean the beds were. It was hard to sleep in the room and I ended up staying at a friend's house.

Price was good because a huge concert in town "RadioHead" ( I think) Caused Copenhagen's hotel rates to skyrocket that weekend. I saw a bunch of older people also staying there which indicated that other hotels were too expensive for that night.

- Towels: That u have to pay for towels. it was a little over 13 DKK or over 2 USDs..not too bad, but its just a pain to go thru the process.- Bed linens: Also you have to sort of "find out" or discover that you have to make your own bed..... so you have to walk back to the front desk to get the linens and then go back to the room... maybe station the linens in the room - Please.I do understand the cost cutting aspect of this. - Noise: That there were no Ear Plugs.... the beds are comfortable enough, but when people start coming in the room (* Person Hostel) , well of course there will be noise.... I'm not really complaining because I know where I booked, ( a Hostel) but ear plugs would be wonderful. - Check in Kiosk : It worked for Check In, but not for Room Key Card generation. I saw that this was not working for many people. Maybe it was because the front desk / Lobby was smashed with people trying to check in.

The guest kitchen.

They don't have surveillance cameras, so someone has stolen my salami from the shared fridge in the guest kitchen.

Was bigger and more efficient we expected

The only issue was that the toilet door couldn't close all the way. They put a sign to apologize, but nothing else

All was good overall. The room was clean, and I was satisfied with the breakfast for this Price.

However, I would like to note an issue regarding the reception and parking. Even though the hotel was fully booked, I could see free parking spots available. First, I was told that reserving a parking spot is not possible, then I was informed that parking was fully reserved. Most importantly, no clear information or solution was provided on how the situation could be resolved.Unfortunately, the receptionist was not very helpful in this matter.

Value for money and easy access. Near metros and supermarkets available

Friendly staffs

The room was clean, but there were a few quirks. There was no electric kettle in the room. The coffee machine and hot water are also not free. The breakfast buffet selection was very limited. This hotel has great potential, please consider your visitors' feedback.

I try to pay from a bank card, bucking.com doesn't accept it, I pay from another bank card, ok, but they take the money a second time from the first card that they didn't accept initially.

The staff were very kind even when I was tired and confused between night and day

The price was a bit expensive but that is probably the status of the economy

Friendly staff, good location

-The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything outside the room.- Quiet hours are not actually quiet.- The hallways are dirty and unpleasant.-The kitchen is very small and not practical to use.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was really good, everything was ready and included whatever you want. It's worth it. Clean sheets and towels. Bar was a good facilities in the hostel. some of the Staff were nice, kind and helpful.

Why didn't they accept cash? I could not understand it!!!!It should be explained to the guests about the rule of the room, ex: the time of being silent! allow to bring drink or food inside of room.

No fan in the room, had to sleep with the Windows open. Construction outside started at 06:30 in the morning. An older female staff member was very rude to her coworkers. Situated far away from everything, bikes to expensive compared to other alternatives. Mattress and pillow was too thin. No electricity outlets (to charge phone) near bed
