Hotel Mayfair

Classic decor and extremely clean. Magnificent breakfast.

The only way you can watch TV is through an APP. Rooms facing the street were really noisy. From the 4th floor we could actually hear what people on the street were saying, We heard the street cleaning truck at 4a and the garbage trucks at 4:30a.

Clean hotel/room, bed was comfortable, easy check-in via Hilton Honors app, had 24/7 grab and go market available, close to public transit

Spa staff/availability was unreliable

Generally, the staff was pretty friendly, and the room was quite clean. The common areas and terrace were lovely for enjoying a drink at the end of the day.

The rooms are underwhelming for the price. They are very small, and it's impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom. For the price, daily room cleaning should be standard. Instead, you have to request cleaning before 9 a.m.

No a/c,tiny but clean rooms, no TV without going to a special app, had to ask for room cleaning , trash cans were not emptied daily. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Foam mattress was super soft.Hotel rating needs to be reevaluated

Room was extra small but didn?t really matter to us. We were out seeing beautiful Copenhagen.

The double room was so small you did not have enough room for 2 people. The bathroom was set up like a boat bathroom meaning once you had a shower the whole bathroom was wet. There was no power outlet for the hair dryer anywhere near a mirror.

Room size was enough to accommodate. Bathroom was very small but worked. Shower was slippery and a bit dangerous but usable

They rented bikes. The room was clean.

The room was on a busy and noisy street. The staff acted sick of people, kind of snobby.

Location was good for sightseeing

No security deposit box and noise from outside was loud at night.

The hotel's location was great for experiencing all of what Copenhagen and it's nearby areas had to offer. It was extremely easy to transition from the airport via public transport to and from the hotel. As well, it was extremely walkable.

Not one thing.

Everything. It is horribly managed by some incompetent woman. She would like you to believe the hotel cares about their guests but clearly they only want money. The rooms are fit for a mouse. The bathrooms are laughable. No clean sheets.

Location was excellent! Breakfast was expensive but optional. Great coffee house down the street

No AC in the rooms. Ok at night but a little warm during the day

The hotel was nice and the staff was lovely. The courtyard was a nice touch.

I do not believe our air conditioner was working and it was extremely hot. We also did not request housekeeping, but someone went in our room anyways. the hotel is located across the street from a strip club, and it gets pretty loud.

No mini fridge in rooms. We had to waste food during our trip and I always feel so guilty about it!

It was a good overall location. We needed something central to the city, and walking distance to the train. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable.

The price is inflated. The price range may be comparable to what other hotels of similar type are charging, but the issue is that EVERYBODY is charging too much for a decent room these days. Provide this same level of stay but at a much lower price.

The room was a little bit too small for the US standards, but I managed. Excellent location. 5 minutes from the train station. I did get a breakfast
