Amazing location, really friendly staff, modern & clean room, I loved everything about my stay at this hotel!

Location, friendly and professional staff

No air conditioning, but that?s common in Scandinavia

Hotel service was outstanding, location was great yet quiet and extras offered were free compared to paying at other hotels (ex: water bottles, umbrella usage, etc).

The hallways seemed small but the rooms were roomier than I expected, and everything was clean. Overall it was a great experience, and the location was very nice, close to Nyhavn and to many shops of Indre By.

The location is perfect and walking distance to mostly everything. Also, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, plus it is pet friendly! Discounted parking just down the street from the hotel.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was top notch.

Room was very warm, and small: with no way to cool it besides opening the windows. And the room was small compared to Scandic Palace we stayed in previously. But we wanted to be closer to the NYHaven for a couple nights.

Construction was being done from 7 am (no warning beforehand) and rooms are very small

The service hit the sour spot somewhere between indifferent and incompetent. The room: a rung or two above dorm accommodations with a smelly stand-up shower and barracks-friendly design. Definitely NOT a 4-star. The list is endless but I am out of charact

Liked the hotel. Great location. Room very clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast was abundant, healthy, and tasty. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water with good pressure in shower. Free Wi-Fi. Hair dryer. Quiet. Dark block-out curtains.

Powdered instant coffee in room. Plug to hotel's water kettle didn't fit the outlet without an adapter. Room and bathroom small (but adequate). Cost in $'s higher than expected. No shelf in shower. Water from shower leaks onto floor. Tiny sink.

Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Part of my family's luggage was lost by the airline, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

Staff and decor were excellent, the room larger than expected and breakfast was terrific. Very good location too.

Loved the breakfast

Rooms are on smaller side. But most hotel rooms are small in Copenhagen.

Good location near public transport making it easy to get to the central train station. Restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to well known shopping streets. The staff was friendly, very quick check in and check out. We were upgraded to a Superior Studio which is quite large with a comfy bed, pillows and high quality linens. The bathroom was small, but functional.

Perfect location, comfort beds, quiet surroundings and friendly staff. Perfect place for vacation!
