Property was clean and decorated nicely. They allowed us to check in at 11am. Check in was very quick. They had luggage storage for our last day. They had tea/coffee facilities in the room. Good location. Very warm in room.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything that’s happening either side, above and below you. Unfortunately we had a lot of children staying near us who would shout and shriek early in the morning. Earplugs were provided however when I went to use mine the packet was empty.

Okay room - spacious enough for an adult and a child. Breakfast was nice. Great location.

Between the matresses in our double room, we found some old and sticky toiletpaper and a big protein bar. Cleaning staff should have discoverede this. As well as some old candy in the floor under the bed.Room was not at all sound proof and we heard everything from the rooms around us.

The hotel is phenomenal, in an excellent location, very close to the city center. It is also very well connected to the airport by public transportation. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and ready to help. Highly recommended.

Everything was great.

I was quite happy with everything this hotel offered, location, cleanliness, staff assistance. I could walk anywhere including from the airport train.

My only criticism is that there is no mini frig in the room for me to keep fresh milk in. This small inclusion would have enhanced my stay. Thank you

Delicious breakfast, clean room and friendly staff

Staff was very nice, during check in there was a system error and it took longer, but I got a free coffee. Room was comfortable and cosy, underfloor heating in the modern bathroom was very pleasant, so was the water pressure and temperature regulation. They provided nice ammenities, incl. vanity kit and earplugs. It's close to the main train station and the city center, but inside it was quiet.

The curtain did not keep out the light well so I woke up early.

We liked the location, close proximity to everything in walking distance. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, it was very good, the fish selection was amazing ! The heering is incredible and the salmon is very tasty. Good coffee, good service, good food.

I don't know what was it exactly but where we stayed (4th floor) every night there was a constant sound, like a screeching rusted sound of metal very loud and it wasn't coming from rooms (you know what I mean), it was disturbing . The robe from the room was stained with black, even though it was clean those stains were bothersome. The shower gel and shampoo's pumps were broken we had to unscrew and take out the bottle and shower like that - not veeery troublesome but worth mentioning for future checks of the rooms. Something that the hotel cannot really control, I know, but maybe keep in mind so as to remind guests about it - the tourists with kids were really unaware of the noise from their kids especially in the rooms in the evening - they were running in the rooms and it was loud when we wanted to rest.

Breakfast was average compared to expectations, the location is very convenient, and it's classified as walking paths.

The extra child's bed wasn't very comfortable and the room was too small for it.

It was great! a lot of things to taste and great variety. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Thes staff was helpful and very polite. Great cooking and can cover every expectation.

A wonderful hotel with a great location and a delicious breakfast. There's a wide variety of food to suit every taste. The breakfast service is also excellent.The room was warm, comfortable, and cozy. The staff was friendly.

Room was cleaned every day. Friendly staff. Fun room. It also had 4kg exercise weights in the room, which was great!

The balcony door was a little draughty.

Very close to the center. Breakfast was nice, foods filled fast. We could order the breakfast on the same day without problem. Receptionists are always in a good mood and helpful.

Shower water pressure was a bit low but still acceptable in our room.

Good location just away from the centre, easy to walk. Really friendly and helpful team members - top team. Very good buffet breakfast or take-away breakfast if needed.

The trap on the bathroom sink needs cleaning - very smelly when using the sink (we did report) - should be part of the regular maintenance for rooms. Be aware that the shower is going to make the majority of the bathroom floor very wet - it's the compact design.

I personally don't like super soft mattresses, but that's more a matter of taste.
