Location is great, beds are comfy and clean. Bar is excelent for party and very busy.

Not enough toilets, plus they to not work 100% good. Guests are pretty loud, hey do not respect the house rooles (it was friday night)

The best location. All important places within a 15 minute walk. Cleanliness. They cleaned every morning and there was never a queue for the toilet or bathroom. Comfortable mattresses.

Bed was good.

Towels weren’t included, smells bed and was noisy.

Was a bummer i was only there overnight. After being in Copenhagen for that short a period and staying that location, i want to plan an actual trip to that part of the EU. Great location!

Comfy bed, perfect centralized location, perfect for someone on a strict traveling budget and they include a complimentary breakfast.

Location is great, you are right next to everything. Bar next door and bikes you can rent. It is pretty social for young people if you like that.

The capsule experience was miserable. Weird and slow elevator that takes you to the room. Bathrooms are not very clean and very tiny and crammed. Capsule rooms are the worst; when we first got there, it was fine, but it gets soooo hot on the inside and the air ventilation is terrible. The worst, most uncomfortable sleep of my life was spent there. You can hear EVERYTHING on the outside so if you’re not alone, there is 0 privacy (especially since you must keep the door open to not die of heat). There is no room to store luggage! You either leave it outside in the open or sleep with bags inside the hostel. You have to also pay for towels (?) which I have never experienced before. Overall, we had a bad experience and this traumatized me from hostels. I am staying in one now that is worlds better, but I was so scared it would be like this one. Sure, the price is good, but the misery of the night is not worth it. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

Location was ok, staff was excellent with the exception for the manager’s sister(french girl) who was really rude and grumpy all the time, couldn’t ask a question about the hostel without been ignore and she even say things about me in Spanish, which is my mother language so I understood everything….

The bathroom always dirty, never working, only 3 bathrooms for an entire floor with a lot of people, same for the showers, only 4 showers for the entire floor. Beds without curtains. High prices on the internal bar…

Staff overall was topnotch, attentive. There's was over occurrence only of substandard and meaness on the part of one shift crew (Gigi and her colleagues were unnecessarily cruel), but everyone else and every interaction was so stellar that I've chosen to give CDH ten things up in spite of the one bag shift crew behavior

The fact of two separate buildings between sleeping areas and all activities, but it is what it is; they can't help it. Also the unnecessary cruelness of Gigi and her colleague on one particular (Friday evening) shift.

The location was fine. Kind of central and nearby metro.

Where should I even begin. From the moment we arrived, we barely slept and did not experience a single quiet night.The capsule structure is a disaster. It is neither soundproof nor stable, so you hear everything other guests do, and the entire capsule moves whenever someone shifts. Any movement creates noise. Rest is basically impossible.The reception being located inside a bar is completely unacceptable. We had to check in during an active party. Imagine walking into a nightclub, getting stopped by a bouncer, and explaining that you are there to check into your hostel. That alone says everything about the concept of this place.There are no lockers, no drawers, and no storage space at all for bags or personal items. Not even hooks to hang a jacket. The rooms themselves are extremely tiny.The bathrooms are made of cheap plastic, everything feels like it’s falling apart, and the overall quality is extremely poor. There is only one sink, which constantly creates a queue.The so-called “quiet zone” is not respected at all. Guests regularly came in drunk around 1:00 a.m., loudly searching for their capsules. Access requires punching in a code—not once, but twice (room and capsule)—and the keypad makes a very loud noise each time. Being woken up repeatedly was inevitable.The guests clearly do not respect others, and the hostel does nothing to enforce any rules.To summarize:No lockers or secure storageNo place to hang clothesExtremely tiny roomsUnstable, noisy capsule structurePoor-quality, plastic bathroomsOne sink only, constant queuesLoud access systemNo respect for quiet hoursEven a basic, decent hostel is far better than this place. At least in a normal dorm, people understand that others are sleeping.This stay was a complete fiasco, and I strongly do not recommend staying here.

The location was central and we had easy access to cafés and restaurants as well.

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. I couldn't even get hot water. It was dirty and expensive. Never again!

The hostel were very clean and the structure of the room is really good. The hostel has a great location right in the center of the city. The auto check-in and check-out were really fast and easy.

There was a little bit of noise from the bar downstairs and the bathrooms could be better.

I like the location. The chargers inside the cabin were also very convenient.

I arrived at approximately 22:00 to check in. I went to the bar/reception area and waited for a long time without receiving assistance. A staff member working at the bar clearly saw me and I directly asked for help, yet she ignored me and continued laughing and socializing with other guests. This was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome.Second, I booked what I understood to be a women-only room and specifically chose a cabin (capsule) for additional privacy. However, during my stay in room 515 on the 5th floor, one guest was sharing her cabin with her boyfriend. This completely defeated the purpose of booking a women-only space and made me uncomfortable.Third, the bathroom facilities were in extremely poor condition. They were very dirty, and one of the toilets was not working and could not be flushed. As a result, the entire floor was left with only two functioning toilets, which is unacceptable.Most concerning was the lack of safety. The same password was used for the floor access, the room, and my individual cabin. This made me feel very unsafe. Additionally, when I left the hostel at 6:00 a.m. to catch my flight, there was a man sleeping in the stairwell next to the elevator. He appeared to be under the influence of drugs, was talking while asleep, and had his phone and a vape lying on the floor beside him. This situation was alarming and reinforced my concerns about security.Overall, this experience was disappointing and stressful. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve safety, cleanliness, and staff professionalism for future guests.

So bad toilets, and no place to wash your hand , was almost -5 degrees and the window is open and heating not working , they just let the guest deal inside the room so it’s depend to your luck with other guests

Nice location, Clean warm room and comfortable big bed for a big tall man even.

Shower has no warm water in the winter,no soaps in the shower, have to collect drinking water from the reception in the ground floor.

There’s no such thing as reception, you have to check in INSIDE the bar, there are some iPads for you to check in, and no one tells you that because the bar is kinda next door, so when I got there, a girl that was drinking in the bar told me, but if it wasn’t for her no one would help me, I texted the property by booking and they responded the next morning, besides that, the night I arrived the lift didn’t work and I was on the 5th floor so just imagine carrying the luggage up there, the showers were ALWAYS dirty and THERES NO KITCHEN, so you won’t save a dime in food (that’s not on the hostel, just for people to know).

Nice staff, nice bar, and the capsule is a great compromise if you are budget-conscious but don't want to share space with strangers. Great location.

They charge you for every little thing, like luggage storage, towels, etc., but it's to be expected for the price and nothing is very expensive anyway.

touch of the room lock was broken and its not pressing as normal hence password typing is very difficult ..except that all good.

Very nice location, close to many convenient stores, food eateries, metro station and buses stops nearby as well.

For early arrival, they offer lockers to leave luggage but at high rate fare like big hotels. The facilities are disappointing, only 2 toilets at every floor for almost 4 or 5 large dormitories of 12 people. The mattresses got different thickness even in the same dorm, my bed was unluckily not thick enough so It was getting hard to seat or lay down long in bed. And i felt like a guy was a squatter in our dorm, he came and went freely in the day or in the night using free bed., i reported it to management.
