Audo Boutique Hotel

It's in a nice & new area. room is big and nicely designed.the cafe downstairs is good for meals.

unfortunately, the room had some big noise. Every 15 minutes that big and horrible sound broke the quietness of the room. this is very suffering for my 5 nights-stay, even though I've spoken to the staffs of the hotel, still could not be sorted...sad.

The design and the furniture

Not the most convenient for the room we booked,. The shade roller doesn’t go all the way down. No mirror in the room . Dark room without enough lights at night . No counter space in the bathroom except for a small shelf

Nice location. Good vibe

The residence closed at 5pm. So no staff, not even elevator able to help with heavy luggages up. The bathroom garbage bin has some left over garbage as well. Also the room feel very bad energy with ceiling beams pressing down the bed and felt very uneasy and uncomfortable

Audo is a beautiful design space and the location is amazing. The rooms are spaces, with a minibar included. The coffee shop is beautiful, cozy and the food delicious. Love the concept store. The team is friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the room was very hot and the AC didn't work properly. There is no one on site after 6pm, if you have any problems or questions. When I mentioned the warm room the next day to the reception, they said "sorry... we trying to work on this, it's an old building". To keep in mind (which I didn't know) this is not a hotel, but a guest house where you book the room only. Still very happy we got to stay in the beautiful space.

Loved the design aesthetic and spacious rooms.

We didn’t mind that the location wasn’t super central but some people might. The cafe closes at 6 pm.

Details were a let down; two lamps in room not working, blind broken, towels scratchy, sink blocks of water run for a couple of minutes, shelf in wardrobe broken, duvet too small for size of bed

Aesthetic and mood

Most of the features were uncomfortable. The lighting was extremely dim, and access to the rooms was inconvenient—you have to enter through the restaurant during regular hours and take stairs just to reach the elevator. After the restaurant closes, you’re required to use the emergency stairs, which is quite a hike, especially if you have luggage. We had two large suitcases, and even during regular hours, it was a hassle.The place felt understaffed. Only one person at the concept store handles both check-in and check-out, and they don’t arrive until after 10 AM. The bathroom design is also impractical—the sink is tiny, but the faucet is oversized, causing water to splash everywhere.If you treat this as a one-off stay in a unique concept room, it might be tolerable. But if you’re expecting a proper hotel experience, this falls short.

Big room, beautiful furniture and interior design, material choices. Very calm feeling.

No reception/service after 6pm. Digital keys can have problems.

Beyond chic and sophisticated. Amazing design. The bang and olufsen tv and sound systen in the rooms take the experience to another level. Bath and shower area are so amazing. Cafe below süperb. And. Concept with boutique of amazing home products.. Super amazing

Nothing to not love

We’ve chosen Audo for a sweet escape on 31 December and it was a nice choice. Well furnished, cozy and specious room for 2 to celebrate the New Year

All towels REALLY need renovation. I mean if you charge people that amount please make sure everything is in order. Probably we were expecting some NY treats as a compliment from the hotel. In general the stay was rather impersonal. Considering the size of the hotel it was a bit surprising

Audo Residence is extremely cosy and, naturally, very stylish. The rooms themselves were quite special. The location, though not central, is in a very interesting part of town in a wonderful building that suits the concept well. It's very easy to reach by foot or the subway.

There were several things to be improved. Having to download an app (Aero Guest) to be able to check in and having to do it in advance is annoying and unhepful. The check in process was not sped up because of it. App can also open the door to the room... but not well. Audo also provide a normal IFD key... because its better.The lamp in the room didnt work and the coffee machine was not a joy to use. No breakfast offered and the inhouse cafe is the most expensive in the area. Go out for your breakfast.

Would not recommend to others

Before check Out, it was just 10.40am, a random guy just entered my room without permission and remind me the check out time. Totally rude and there is no service at all during my stay.

Lovely stay at Audo Residence Copenhagen. The Room was obviously wonderful, with great taste and refinement in every object. Welcoming staff and the position is very interesting for any architectural tour, but anyway it is a very comfortable position for getting anywhere in the city. The hall is welcoming and quiet, perfect also for light working session. Breakfast is very very good and every aspect of the stay is wonderful. Very happy about everything.

The decoration is very nice, cozy and relaxing design. Nice room, good area. Very good bed. Very nice bathroom.

The cleanliness, even after I have spoken to someone in the reception. The room were still not as cleaned is it should be. Basic necessities missing on night 2 - milk, spoon for coffee.
