Absalon Hotel

After dissatisfied with our room, we were given a beautiful room. Staff was outstanding and responsive.

We loved the location and cleanliness of the hotel. We also love the breakfast every morning and enjoyed a drink at the bar every evening.

I wish the shower had better water pressure and warmer water. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again though if ever in Copenhagen.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We used the baggage hold both pre and post-stay. Super close to the train station and metro, restaurants and a Lidl. Breakfast was well stocked and a nice perk. Lesser priced room (46) but quiet peaceful sleep.

The hotel room floor felt like it was dusty (not mopped), and dirty tissue was left by the telephone when we checked in. The room itself is very nice, but the noise outside was very loud and kept us up all hours of the night. Strip bars all around.

It was clean, breakfast was good

There were stairs in the middle of the hall on our floor making it difficult getting to our room with our luggage.. The room was very small and the bathtub was at least 24? high which was very hard to get in. DEFINITELY NOT FOR US SENIORS!!

Hotel didn't feel like 4 stars, missing some luxury and perks one would expect from a 4 stars including design and function of the room. The room was nearly street level so there was some noise and privacy was questionable to have the curtains open.

Breakfast was good but at busy times the staff struggled to keep up with demand.

The Absalon was a great base for exploration of Copenhagen. It's situated close to the central station and Tivoli Gardens. The surrounding neighborhood offers a variety of restaurants. The location also allows for easy access to the rest of the city.

I liked that the superior room was sound proof. It¿s pretty noisy at night outside and I didn¿t hear a sound in the bedroom. This was one of the few hotels with breakfast included. Another hotels charge a lot for the same. A block from central station

Communication was not there between requesting maid service and not wanting it. I received it when I said I didn¿t need it and when I needed it no one came . I was there for 8 days. Management encourages you not receiving service but they give incentive

La bañera es peligrosamente alta y alrededor del hotel hay un sitio de indigentes. Aunque no tuvimos ningun problema
