good for three people and an independentt room, clean room, staff response very well and follow up everything so fast

We couldn’t sleep because the place was above a bar and the windows weren’t insulated, so it was very noisy. Additionally, there was no HVAC system, and the stairs were too narrow and steep. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with a family.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Book!This was one of the worst stays we've ever had. The apartment was in terrible condition—the floor was uneven, there was zero sound insulation, and we could hear every single noise from outside and neighboring apartments. Several lights were broken, making the place feel even darker and more unwelcoming. The cleanliness was unacceptable, with dust and dirt everywhere.The kitchen was poorly equipped—there weren’t even enough glasses or basic essentials like napkins. The bed and duvet were extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee capsules. When we asked the host for capsules, we were met with rudeness and an unhelpful attitude instead of a simple solution. The host's behavior was completely unprofessional and unwelcoming, making the whole experience even worse.The only good thing about this place was the location, but that alone does not make up for the poor maintenance, lack of comfort, and the host’s awful attitude. Avoid this place—it's not worth your money!

The property was incredibly central. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Owner was available to text and was very helpful.

Apartment was small for 3 people. Very loud at night time as there was a couple of bars near the apartment. Found it hard to sleep one night in particular. Check in was quite late at 3 considering check out was very early at 10. Room seemed be to ready before 3 and we were unable to check in early so had to bring our bags around the centre.

There was no one to meet us at the address when we arrived, the entry door was locked. The taxi left us standing there with no one to turn to. A kindly couple offered to help us, they phoned the number I had copied down. The person who answered the phone gave our rescuer the combination for the lock box that held the key. We entered and climbed 4 flights of steep, narrow, dimly lit, well-worn wooden stairs to inspect the room. We were shocked to note that there was no fire escape. There was no shower curtain and the kitchen had no toaster. The place should be condemned!

1 - front entrance poor. Danger for using the steps2- stairs has no light at night. Very narrow and danger for everyone, especially elders 3- bed not comfy and not very clean4- water not hot enough in shower and the shower head fill up of limescale.5- dirty shower tiles Apartment has Poor condition, very noise at night till late.

Perfectly situated apartment in a very old building. Great atmosphere with the regular sound of the church bells in the background. Lovely old windows and wooden floor. Nice kitchen with a little table just enough for the three of us.

The apartment is in the very center, very atmospheric, you are transported straight back to 100 years ago. We really liked it. The apartment has everything you need: coffee maker, refrigerator, kitchen utensils. Everyone comments that there is a noisy cafe downstairs and the stairs are steep, but in our opinion this adds to the charm of the place. And from the noise you can wear earplugs. But if noise is critical for someone, then, of course, the place is not suitable; indeed, one day there was music playing from some bar with very strong bass, everything was vibrating around. But only one day, and a weekday.

I gave advice to the owners personally, I hope they will easily and quickly eliminate the unpleasant defect that spoils the impression; fortunately, it is very easy to fix.

I liked the neighborhood and the room was clean and cosy. It was nice to have a fridge for food and basic kitchen things.

There was noise outside late into the night, so it disturbed sleep. The floor sloped so much that the beds wobbled, which made you feel like you were falling out of bed.

Kitchen missing pans , no elevator , apartment on 2 floor and very noise street , people drunk and screaming , should be more cheap in that case .

Cozy city center apartment near metro station.

Location and relatively modern. Most facilities available.

Tiny steep stairs, no cookware suitable for the microwave, no information brochures or maps, coffee pods provided did not fit the machine. Would have liked a few more basics provided.

The staircase. It’s located on the fourth (top) floor. I didn’t mind there’s no elevator. But the condition of the stairs was horrible. It’s out of repair, narrow and uneven. We traveled from afar with three large suitcases. It became a safety concern when we moved the suitcases up and down

The really need to replace the pillows and mattress topper. But the sheets are new and comfortable. The bed is also extremely comfortable, just very stained ?. It was loud in the middle of the night, but whatever. I knew that when i booked it. Everything is white which makes it feel very spacious even tho it is quite small. It was horrible bringing the luggage upstairs, but hey you only have to do that 1 time. There was enough room in the hallway downstairs for our pram folded up, thank goodness!! Made a big difference to us. Also the kitchen had small amenities, like paper towels, oil, salt, and kitchen soap. Really nice touch! It was great not having to worry about that.

Zie boven. The matress and pillows were brown and stained (under the sheets and pillow cases).

The staircase to my room not that easy. Considering I had two large luggage to cary up the narrow stairway.

I liked the location

1) We couldn’t sleep because of the outdoor sounds, you could hear everything as if you’re sitting outside so we barely could sleep. The minimum is to have soundproof glass for windows. 2) the floor is not flat, same for the stairs, so you need to stay attentive (my friend fell and had her ankle torn) 3) for the cleanliness there were some things left on the ground - might be from previous guests (like earphone, cotton swab and napkins) plus the covers on the bed were smelly as if they haven’t been washed for years (we removed them directly) 4) i do not like to write bad reviews but the owner does not give a damn about our comments so I needed to give my sincere feedback here

Everything, I recommend it to everyone, it was amazing also that the owners were reachable, via phone or text and very helpful as well, which helped to feel accommodated.

It was quite Central to a lot of attractions.

When we were booking the accommodation there was nothing telling us that we would have to be climbing five very narrow stairways to the top floor. Disappointed that this was never specified on their booking site. Most importantly there is no where to go if there was a fire. No smoke alarms either. The mattress had Blood Stains on it !! And it didn't even have a mattress protector on it ? And had a filthy quilt which we put in the corner.

The place is in the center a ten minute walk from almost everything also a walking distance from the Noreport metro station.
