71 Nyhavn Hotel

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel had a lot of charm. The breakfast was great - lots of choices, including cooked to order omelets.

The room had a lot of character but was on the small size. It had a huge post and beam through the center of it, which while charming took up a lot of room.

Location was great. Breakfast was good

Rooms are incredibly small. Bizarre useless loft in more expensive rooms is less user friendly than cheaper rooms¿ we tried both.

The staff, the view from our room of harbor.

Location was perfect

Beautiful hotel in great location good value as well. Lovely staff. Absolutely beautiful breakfast included.

Rather slow lift

Fabulous hotel. Lovely staff, gorgeous room (free upgrade), stunning view and excellent breakfast

Nothing. I'll be back soon!

Love this hotel. We have stayed here several times for business. The breakfast is great and the Italian restaurant is excellent. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is in a refurbished old warehouse. Very well done.

Lovely location, fantastic breakfast, lovely room with comfortable bed, staff were all brilliant and atmosphere of the whole place was very relaxing. We will be back

There’s nothing we didn’t like

Location, facilities, staff & food!

Excellent location, close to the metro and walking distance to a majority of the sites. Really good breakfast selection with high quality ingredients. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was really comfortable - good bed, nice seating and work area. Fast WiFi and good modern TV with casting.

Nothing! Might not be the best for those with mobility issues - situated at the end of a cobbled street and the hotel had a lot of steps that we saw

Just a brilliant experience; I needed a quieter room - I was upgraded at a good rate to a small suite. I needed a brighter working lamp - presto - I waited 3 minutes? The coffee machine was congested - a brand new one was delivered with a smile. Really a wonderful experience. Attractive staff, pin quiet room, amazing views of the canals.

...the fact staying 2 weeks would be the price of a small compact car? :)

Location was perfect, staff were extremely helpful, room was lovely.

Bathroom sliding door didn’t stay closed at all.

Staff friendliness, location

Thermostat controls in room not working properly

The hotel location was perfect; breakfast very sumptuous; very good Italian restaurant for dinner; concierge extremely helpful with getting a taxi to the airport!

Can’t think of anything.

Good sized room in an interesting hotel. Great breakfast and staff who went out of their way to help.

Location is great, love the decor, wooden beams and restaurant. The breakfast is absolutely superb!

Location, staff and breakfast were all perfect.

Our room didn't have a view, but the hotel does have rooms with great views. Next time we would pay the upgrade to have a view

Location and very friendly staff

The beam right next to my side of the bed and no kettle

Location, charm and great breakfast

I liked everything

This hotel is situated in an ideal location, within walking distance of all the attractions. Hotel is lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but the choice was fantastic.
