- The staff was friendly and helpful. They encouraged me to make good use of the lounge area and the rooftop patio, which were both very nice.
Cons -
- The room was pretty quiet (I payed extra for a non-street facing room)but small a basic - almost like a dormitory room. I heard the 4th floor rooms have been remodeled and are nicer, so I might consider booking one of those if I revisit.
