Imperial Hotel

Central location. Beautiful and comfortable. Private bathroom and a king-size bed. The breakfast was delicious.

The elevator was way too small for a group of tourists with luggage. There were only two out of three working, and we had to take multiple trips for our entire party to travel.

Location. Within walking distance of many sites we wanted to see. Staff. Very friendly and helpful and prompt. Patient as they answered our questions about where to go etc. Breakfast. Reasonably priced, tasty, and nutritious, with variety.

We didn't like the shower as well as we have in other hotels, but this could have been just a preference as to what we are use to.

Threadbare places in carpeting in the hallways to our room; upholstered chairs in room could use a good cleaning and/or updating. The two main beds were overly springy, while the third bed, was hard as a board-a happy medium between the 2 would be good.

Location was great

Front desk was rude at check in. rooms were very small even by Europe standards and were also freezing. hallways were dingy and gross. we stayed in several 4 stars on this trip and this was easily the worst. 3 stars would've been generous, 4 is insane.

The location was perfect & very close walking distance to the city center.

It was advertised as having 2 double beds in the room but the room Only had a single king bed & the room was very small & could not fit another cot bed. The phone in the room had no dial tone so we Couldn't call for extra towels & no technician to fix

Location. Although there was a Train stop across the street, we were so close to Central Station that we used that as our starting pt. Since we had a Copenhagen Card, we used it for transportation in/around the city, from the airport and to the pier.

No complaints. It was about what was expected. No surprises.

Location, very convenient to all public transport routes. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are not cleaned each day, but it's stated on hotel materials that you can request your room be serviced at any time. We did this once during our 3 day stay but it wasn't properly serviced, only change of towels and cups/glasses in the room, no other cleaning.

The room size is quite big and very close to the main station and the staff are really helpful. Specially, Oliver at the front desk really did an incredible job.

ıt was nice to acommodate in Imperial Hotel. Location was completely okay and it was close to touristic places like tivoli garden. I also appreciated with cleaned rooms , daily services and other opportunuties in hotel.

The lights went out at 4:00 in the morning. Not happy since we were running to head to airport for early flight.

The bed was very nice

The bathroom wasn't very clean - hairs in the shower.The heat in the bathroom made banging noises so I had to adjust it several times.No body shower soap in the shower.The staffs guidance on parking was very bad, I lost valuable time on this note.
