- The lobby is beautiful and the staff are exceptionally helpful especially Andrej! The rooms, while modern with fixtures, are very nice to look at but there is a lot of attention to detail missing.

Cons -
- The bathroom in the lobby is not accessible and not five star standards. Urine all over the toilet, no supplies. Not appropriately located. The rooms need much attention. They are dirty and ours had spiders all over. Dust everywhere. No storage in the WC!
- I have various problems: room was smaller than expected; bathroom was very, very tight; single bed mattress slouched to the right (was changed after a couple of days); vanity boxes were not refiled; bath rug was not replaced for 2 days; no food after 10pm
- The shower¿s design leads to everything in the bathroom being soaked.
