    • Great location, professional staff and amazing interior design
    • Amazing location. Lovely facilities, the bar and the restaurant seemed to be very popular, cool places to be. The whole feel of the place was cool and quirky. The sauna and wellness area was gorgeous and the room was large, beautifully designed and comfortable. After 6 weeks in Europe we consider this to be the best accommodation of all, and e stayed in some lovely places.

    Cons -

    • It was all perfect!
    • I can’t find any faults.

The place was beautiful, the decor was amazing with lots of quirks and great attention to detail. The beds were so comfy and it was like sleeping on clouds (my son’s words) it was very central to everything we wanted to visit so glad I went with this one.

    I can’t find any faults.

it had a very fun vibe with many little touches. it seems like the designers had a punchy, youthful sense of style.the staff was always friendly and informative.the breakfast was outstanding.easy walkable central location to Nyhaven, eateries, museums, etc.

a small curious detail.... face cloths not provided.

Hotel was great and the sauna was amazing after a long day sightseeing around Copenhagen. Also the cocktails in the bar were beautiful

    Nothing, it was all good

    It’s clean, cozy

I had to carry my luggage and I have back issues and there were no direct stairs its like 5 to 10 steps keep in mind when booking also, for all requests like water refill and any extra blankets you have to go down, for such price I expected better

Amazing central location. The check in process was smooth and the staff were super helpful & friendly. The hotel decor is quirky but warm and comfortable, I felt really safe and at home in my room (with a free minibar included!). Lovely calm atmosphere and was the perfect sanctuary to wind down from exploring the city. Breakfast has a great selection of hot & cold options and filled me up ready for a day of sightseeing!

ONLY thing I would say is that the room could have done with a bigger selection of tea (I.e. mint), but honestly other than that no other complaints. I would stay here again!

Fantastic stay at the 25hours Hotel in Indre By, perfectly located near the central Nørreport transport hub and within easy walking distance of key attractions such as the Botanic Garden, Rosenborg Castle, Torvehallerne and Nyhavn.I was lucky to have a spacious double room overlooking Købmagergade, where I even got to watch the changing of the King’s Guard from my bedroom window—a memorable bonus and a great test of the excellent soundproofing, which still ensured a restful night’s sleep. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with genuinely helpful staff and good food & drink options at the on-site NENI restaurant and Assembly Bar. I also made good use of the well-equipped first-floor gym and sauna; the Saunagus session run by Lucky Punch was a unique and standout experience.I’d happily recommend 25hours Hotel for a city break stay.

The hotel was very funky and interesting.

I am a Front Office Manager of two properties in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. I booked three nights for myself and my partner. My partners Mum needed to stay in Copenhagen and I went to book a room for her Hotel Direct. I was told by the very young receptionist (male) that this couldnt be done as the hotel did not take direct bookings. I had to go to BDC and make the reservation. My question was that the hotel perfers to pay 15% commission to a third party??He was unprofessional and also asked for my identification when I was already staying at the property. I produced my Drivers Licence which apparently was l,knot sufficient and had to get my passport. I paid quite a considerable amount of money to stay at your property. He definately needs to learn how to interact with international guests or perhaps move to another department.

Location was very central and close to all the tourist attractions. The hotel also had lovely lounge areas and a bar.

The hotel’s design and location are exceptional, and the bed and bedding are extremely comfortable.

There was no kettle in the room, so one was sent to me. However, it doesn’t seem to be working.

How it invites you to play. We really love the concept.

Friday night was too noisy due to the club nearby. We slept very diffidently.

Very cool/chic hotel in a good location and with great staff.

The bathroom isn’t a room, it’s open plan within the bedroom with glass doors on the shower. Not everyone will be comfortable with the lack of privacy.

Fantastic location, nice and quirky, which I like. Staff were absolutely A1 couldn’t fault them , they are a credit to you

Lack of a toaster for breakfast also the fact that they keep melting the same butter and bringing it back out day after day lack of choice of fruit only oranges and apples milk products weren’t kept cold enough

Excellent facilities, beautiful interior. Location wonderful, and staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant, bar and cocktail bar all amazing also.

An really special hotel. Very beautiful, combining comfort and a casual atmosphere. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable!

If I wanted to nit-pick, there was a very slight smell in the room. Probably old pipes.

Quirky, fun hotel with a excellent facilities

Unfortunately our room faced the square and was quite noisy overnight even with the windows closed
