Breakfast was fabulous! Lots of options hot and cold, good coffee, plenty of food and service was great!Happy Hour was a treat--good wine but if you're offering free wine/beer then a just a little something to eat would also be good. The Staff is exceptional! Everyone was really helpful and a delight to talk with. We also liked the big windows in our room but you couldn't leave them open at night because of street noise.

Space for sitting in a chair in the room. It was tight.

Comfortable bedding, good shower, nice lobby and lounge to hang out.

Location. Very good breakfast. Soaps good. Staff friendly. Quiet

Room has wasted space

The location was perfect. Great nearby restaurants. You fall out the front door and the metro is right there. The market is across the street where food stalls are everywhere. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. We spent my girlfriend's birthday there and they helped us get a room with a beautiful view and even left us a small gift and birthday card. Overall the hotel is very clean and well structured. We could even leave our luggage in a storage room as we explored the city in our last day there. The room was kind of small but was all the space we needed to spend a few days.

Second time staying here, and once again, wonderful! Incredibly courteous staff, excellent breakfast, nice happy hour and super convenient location next to Metro and within walking distance to good restaurants and cafes.

Rooms too small

Central location, close to public transportation (which our daughter who lives there instructed us on how to use) comfortable bed, clean, generally quiet

Bath /shower hard to get in and out of, be careful! Was noisy on Friday night, lots of parties and noisy cars playing music all hours of the night/ morning. It was our first time in Copenhagen, it all seems very expensive.

Location was great. Right at the Metro & Train. 2nd floor room was quiet, bed comfortable, nice walk in shower with full glass door.

There was no flexibility on checkin time. We arrived on an early flight and was told the rooms were ready but there would be a 400 DKR for early check-in. We declined, returned about 2pm & then they wanted 200 DKR, again we declined. Finally at 3pm they gave us keys.

Good location

The room was not properly cleaned and they don’t clean each day of your stay nor refresh the towels.

Early check in charge….bathtub leaking ( no caulking in one area )….weak electrical charge….would not suggest to friends

Breakfast and daily happy hour on rooftop patio/deck. Location was fantastic for metro transit and walking into city center. Felt safe. Friendly staff.

The room we booked was quite small and internal facing which provided minimal light. Felt somewhat claustrophobic. Just enough room to lay 2 open suitcases on ground. Luckily we spent most time not in room, and the large open space on rooftop made up for it.

You can't beat this location. 10 seconds out from the metro line m2, directly from airport CPH in 15 min. Walking distance to anything you wanna see in the city. Breakfast included and the breakfast is good. Shower is very comfortable. Very quite at night. Very comfy bed. Notice: Cabin without window is actually with an window to the interior.

The hallway of the fifth floor smells like a shoe cabin. The carpet seems cheap and smelly. The room size is small for a couple with 2 carry on luggage. Make sure you don't bring the check in luggage to the cabin room.

The breakfast was exceptional, the staff was very polite and helpful, the location is excellent, the room was very confortable.

Check in on the top (6th) floor so had to lug bags all the way up. Rooms are super small, i really mean small. claustrophobic Small! Had ti shift things around just to get into our luggageNo wash/face cloths. Had to continually ask housekeeping to leave 4 large towels, they would take our four yet only leave 2, no brains!No AC. They have “ventilation” but not enough to cool room done for sleep

Great location right near Nord Station able to walk to everywhere we needed to go. The staff, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great start to the morning with a great variety of food. And the happy hour with a free drink on the rooftop was a nicebreak in the day.

The only problem we had was that the air conditioning did not get cool enough

The room was small, but clean. The included breakfast was very good. A lot of choices. The location was excellent.

The bed was against the wall which made it difficult for the 2nd person to get in and out.
