The train noise is the worst thing that I felt in a hotel in all my life for sure. Was impossible to sleep on the first night, for the others nights we have to pay a lot extra(trap) to change to a ?no noise? room but we were still able to hear the train.

Great Location, facilities and, most importantly, good service. I had a minor issue with my shower and the reception and maintenance staff attended to it very swiftly. I will definitely stay at the hotel again.

The staff should improve a lot! The minimum expected for those who work with the public is being nice at least during the checkin process. We were so bad received that caused us a negative impression from the beginning.

Fantastic location, clean, safe, stylish, confortable

The train noise, especially if your room is on the train track side is oppressive but with ear plugs or noise cancelling earbuds, it is very manageable when sleeping.

There is a park near the hotel. They have bikes available to use.

My room was right across from the train tracks. There were trains passing about 10 feet from my window. The hotel does give you ear plugs though. There was also no water for one day in the hotel. Could not shower or use the sink or toilet. The hotel is also very long and they gave me a room at the very end but the back door did not work, so I had to walk the entire length of the hotel outside and then inside to get to my room.

I stayed 4 nights at Go Hotel Østerport and had a very good experience. The room was big, clean, and comfortable, with a good bathroom and plenty of hot water. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, and everything worked well during my stay.The hotel is very well connected, right next to the train and metro station, which makes it easy to move around Copenhagen. It’s located beside the train line, so you can hear the trains passing, but with the windows closed the sound is minimal and it was not an issue for me.

Miserable and sleepless night

Cats not allowed even if it says pet friendly.Train sounds are deafening and all night long!!!The room was barely bigger than the bed. My wife had to beg the night receptionist to change our pillows (which smelled bad and were old feather)—he declined three times before finally going to do it. The smell of sausage flooded our room at 5:30.

No fridge in room, no wake up call available. Others say that the nearby trains are loud, but no issue for me.

As stated before booking, you could hear the trains at night. For us this was ok but we were pleased to see the staff would leave complimentary earplugs.

I enjoyed that this hotel was right next to the subway stop, making it very convenient to explore the city. I also enjoyed that there was ample space in the room and bathroom to fully settle in and not feel cramped.

The layout of the hotel is just a long rectangular building right next to the rail tracks, so it can be a decent walk to your hotel room depending on where your room is. Also, if you're sensitive to noise, you do hear the train, but the hotel provides complementary ear plugs (but we quickly got used to the train so we didn't need them).

Location, it is literally on the train tracks. You dont just hear the trains you feel them. It is like they pass trough your room.Horrible hopeless german style pillows like a squaremeter in size.

Did not find that a couple of the men in reception where friendly. Almost made you feel as if you where a bit of a bother. Also overheard these male staff members talk rude to Asian guest’s. Find it odd that you have to pay 10$ for the hotel to store luggage in a locker. Most overseas guest will arrive in the morning and find that you can not access your room before 3pm;-/ Besides this inconvenience you now have to pay 10$ - that is being cheap from the side of the hotel.

For the price it was a decent hotel. Very clean and staff was helpful and friendly. It is 1 floor so you may be assigned a room that is a long walk from the lobby. Its location was very convenient to the metro, but for walking it was a bit out of the way from all the liveliness of the city. We wished we had a small refrigerator - that was the only thing we would've liked. The trains were not a bother. Overall it was a decent stay.

Trains are quite loud. Housekeeping didn't clean one day, when the sign fell off from the door handle.
