Security issues. One night when we returned we found a 3rd key in our room.

The location, very near to the main sites. The reception was very helpful to switch the dirty room we found. The waiters were very helpful and kind during the dinner.

The room was not well clean becauae we found a nail on the couch. The restaurant was terribile, we waited 40 Min to have a raw turbot and we waited again so long to get It well cooker. Overprized.

Location was convenient for walking around town. Breakfast spread was impressive. View outside the window over harbor was iconic.

Would have been nice to have an electric towel warmer for cold winter days. It can get quite busy at breakfast restaurant.

Great location. Very smart, upmarket hotel. Lovely new bar. Good sized bedrooms with modern design and fixtures. My room had a great view over the waterfront. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent.

We had a room with a nice view of the harbour. I was nice and spacious and newly redecorated. Very nice.

Just a very little thing.....It would have been nice to have more than 1 instant coffee in the room.

Beautiful building with suitable modern updates. Room was beautiful with fabulous bathroom. Loved all the original wood exposed. Staff were helpful and polite. The location was brilliant for all the things we did for our time in Copenhagen.

Location was great, reception area and bar was great. Room was very clean.

There appeared to be a lot of noise late at night and in the early morning. Could hear the moving of furniture throughout the night so could only assume this was staff members. (I was staying in room 147)

Ideal location and within a comfortable walking distance of most places within the city.

Had one issue in relation to the bar which has since been promptly addressed by hotel management.

Lovely hotel, a bit of a walk from the main town but not far. We really liked the bar for drinks in the evening, there was a good atmosphere

Room was well equipped and comfortable. The hotel is large but didn't feel crowded, and is well situated close to many of the main attractions in the city.
