Our room was bright and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was impressive.

There was no divider between the shower and the rest of the bathroom floor.

We liked everything

Honestly, after reading some of the previous reviews, I felt a bit unsure about what to expect. However, when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious enough and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were fresh and changed daily. Overall, the room left a very positive impression.Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and plenty of variety, so everyone could easily find something they enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which created a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay.The hotel is also in a fantastic location – most of the popular attractions can easily be reached on foot, which made everything very convenient.

As for the minor drawbacks, the shower glass did not completely keep the water inside, so the bathroom floor became wet during showering. There was also noticeable noise from outside, which could be an issue for light sleepers. However, it did not disturb the rest of our family – they slept well and felt rested.

This hotel is in a very good location, next to the main Copenhagen train station and near the Tivoli gardens. Hotel receptionists were lovely and accommodating.

Room was quite small, as expected. Although the bathroom was very small, especially the shower. I hit myself against the shower walls almost every time I had a shower since it was so small.

Location is very good if you travel by train. Staff is helpful and nice.

The lighting in the room was very sparse and even out of order. Nowhere to hang clothes. Very crammed space around the bed. Just extremely small, tight and dysfunctional room. The breakfast was 3 out of 5.

Location is the only thing!

No water bottles, no phone, no room service or not even they have house keeping!

Rooms are a bit outdated for a 4 star hotel and pillows are uncomfortable

There wasn’t any cleanliness in the building the corridor smells really old and bad. No staff for cleaning ?

Clean room, helpful staff and very close location to the main train station

Great location if you arrive by train. Great if you want to walk around city center.Good breakfast. Also they let me store my backpack safely for a day after I checked out.

Bathroom needs a bit of a freshen up. Seemed a bit too old and used.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room also to shower you have to stand in a slippery bath to shower No rubber slip mat supplied

Bed to small for 2 people, mattress sank in the middle.Floir was in a bad state and overalk decor was very tured

It was cosy, nice staff and close to everything.

It was a really small room. It was okay for us but it is probably not for all. I did miss the kettle and coffee/tea in the room though and also I had hoped for a fitness room, but unfortunately there wasn't one (I should of cause have checked before I booked, I just didn't think about as I thought all Scandic hotels had that - my mistake).

Interior is very shabby and needs updating and cleaning.No usb outlets.No room cleaning or change of towels unless booked the night before.Shower curtain is grubby and needs cleaning.

Super small room. Jeez impossible for 2 people especially if you have lagguage. Bathroom is also smth - uncomfortable, taking shower then all water is around the bathroom as it is just curtain. No space to move there if you a tall person. Bad sound isolation.
