Location was amazing, room was great, included breakfast was amazing and had lots of options. The staff was great too.

Great location, clean big rooms, good views.

Little chilly in the rooms- heating was on max but it wasn’t quite warm enough but we did have big windows and it was the coldest winter in 20 years!

absolutely loved the breakfast at this hotel, Hotel is so close to all the sites.

The view from our room was a construction site, a bit messy . This didn't really affect us, no noise. We were out all day and evenings.

There were 2 ladies in the reception that were very kind, looked up and smiled every time we walked by. The other two were glued to their screens.

- Toilet in the first room stopped working, had to move rooms. Thank you for the upgrade.- In the new room, the hook on the wall to hang our jackets broke off.- Instant coffee sachets in the room is not real coffee.- The gym needs urgent maintenance. check the cables please. Can lead to accidents!!!

Nice location and nice designed rooms

Very dusty in the room. Overall clean but a lot of dust on the shelves and some surfaces in the room. Day staff was super nice. Night staff an middle-aged man had an very bad attitude and customer service when we explained nicely that the windows let in cold air from outside in our room. He helped us find another room but the encounter was very hostile.

Great position by the sea, close to my working area and to the center. Polite people and affordable prices.

Rooms are definitely too small, so the closet. Breakfast could be much better and have more offers…

The location was really good, right in the center of the City

The receptionist confronted my parents because they asked why breakfast was charged twice when they had only booked it once; she said, "That's Copenhagen, what do you think?"

Hotel is an easy walk to major attractions, easy ride to the airport on train, comfy beds

Once you become accustomed to the smell of raw sewerage throughout the bottom 2 floors the Hotel was OK. Room was a bit dated and worn but it was large, clean with a comfortable bed

The smell of sewerage throughout the building. Discussed with staff and was told it happens whenever the water table is high. Room provided a small safe that was not bolted down which defeats the purpose.

Staff was very friendly and location and price can't be beat. The bathroom seemed a little bit dated and there was no overhead light in the main room, but during daylight hours the huge window let in plenty of light.

Cleanliness wasn’t the best and also there was no kettle facilities in the bedroom. You can also hear everything happening due to the walls being very thin

No cupholders in shower, no bidee shower. Bathroom is quite small.

Central location, nice staff, clean rooms and public areas, comfortable beds.

We paid nearly $3,000 for a week's stay in two rooms, but that wasn't enough to qualify for complimentary lotion, which is only offered in higher-priced rooms. Individual room temperature controls are disabled. The Wi-Fi signal didn't reach the bed, but it was strong in the bathroom.

Very close to Nyhavn but positioned on a quiet street so noise was not a problem. Attractions such as the Little Mermaid Statue and shopping districts are within walking distance. Hotel Staff was very nice and prompt in check in and out procedures at the hotel even in early/late hours.

The room did seem slightly dated, but would not stop me from staying at this location again. The internet was slightly spotty sometimes disconnecting and requiring another authentication upon reconnection.

Loved our stay — highly recommend!The location is fantastic and made getting around super easy. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from start to finish, which really added to the experience. Breakfast was solid with a good selection, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Would happily book again.

A couple of small downsides to mention: the facilities felt a bit limited/basic, and while the cleaning policy was clearly communicated, it wasn’t very convenient in practice. Nothing that ruined the experience, but it would be great to see these areas improved.

Great location close to many of the big attactions in Copenhagen. The room was big and had a nice view overlooking the water and the Opera House. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great and has many options to choose from. It was quiet.

The rooms are a bit worn and could do with a furniture update.
