    Pros +

    • Very attractive rooms and restaurant. Convenient to public transportation.
    • It was comfortable, clean and warm. I've lost my headphones during the checkout, came back couple of hours later and the staff was really helpful in finding them.
    • Fantastic vibes at this hotel, which made it comfortable and enjoyable. One of the nicest room setups I've ever stayed at. Quick metro into the city, but also in a relatively quiet area just outside so it's peaceful when you return home from a day of activities. Friendly staff too, who held our bags before and after our check in/out. Excellent all around - would definitely stay again!

    Cons -

    • Location was not optimal for sightseeing. No pretty sites or other restaurants around, for example. I had to get a train or a bus to get to the old city each day. However, this was reflected in the price and the public transportation was very close by.
    • Construction working in dining room during the breakfast. That was really a blunder.
    • Nothing to dislike.

Breakfast is fresh and delicious. While there isn't a lot of it, the quality is superb!Room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. The garden is gorgeous, and it makes me want to return to this hotel for sure! Self-service option for check-in & check-out is a huge plus. Staff is very professional.Location is next to a metro line, so it is easy to reach both the city centre and the airport. For a city as expensive as Copenhagen, the price is actually fair.

    Nothing to dislike.

Proximity to metro station. Restaurant food was excellent. Plenty of work spaces.

Arrived early and waited for room, but staff did not alert when a room was available. Asked to be moved to another room because the bed was lumpy and prefer firm beds, but was told all rooms have the same exact bed.

Everything is perfect. Friendly staff! The room is nice and cozy. Very easy to reach the metro

It is very close to a Metro station and convenient. A quiet neighborhood. The staff were very friendly. We loved the communal area, beautifully designed. A great breakfast.

There should be a night light so that you can see a step down on the floor when you go to bathroom.

I loved how modern and convenient the property was. The stuff was attentive and professional. The train station was quite close and grocery store and coffee shop a walk away. the stay was pretty pleasant.

Super new and clean. Nice staff and great restaurant and bar

    10EricPosted on: 10-27-2025

The breakfast was awfully good: great selection of yogurt, grains, fresh fruit etc., and warm sauteed veggies. Eggs cooked to order. The room, the smallest available, was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed. It's like someone perceived psychically every picayune detail that ever annoyed me about a hotel room and fixed it, which is perhaps the highest praise I could give. Zoku is just around the corner from the Copenhagen metro, and it's a very simple, quick trip to anywhere in and around the city centre, plus the airport.

The coffee machines were malfunctioning at breakfast time, and despite automating (or trying to automate) check-in, check-out, luggage hold, etc., and despite cutting out routine cleaning, they always seemed short-staffed. The few employees were cheerful and competent, but in their position I would have felt harried.

this is a millenial joint hip and shallow, breakfast staff was chaos.

the laundry was a scam with a meile app that didnt work and so lost money

    9EmelPosted on: 9-30-2025

Location was perfect, very close to the metro station. The room was spacious, there was so much room for storage for a small place and many other useful details. The social area was lovely, the staff was very kind and helpful.

It could have been a little bit warmer.

Zoku was amazing. We stayed 5 nights and felt so relaxed and comfortable there. The staff was especially great, always going the extra mile for us when we had questions (as we always do), and helping us switch rooms when we realized the loft wouldn't work for us (we're over 65). We spent a lot of time in the rooftop atrium and garden and utilized the laundry room and the bike rentals. There's a huge grocery store (Fotex) right next door, and the Metro is just steps away. It's a quiet oasis in busy Copenhagen and we loved coming back each day.

A one of a kind establishment indeed. It has peculiarities, and if you vibe with them, like I did, it will only skyrocket your experience. The room was the best I've experienced outside a very few cases of 5 stars hotels. Room planning was genius, it has a ton of small useful well thought nuances, fantastic design, clean, reasonably new(ish). Healthy and tasty breakfast. Helpful and friendly personnel. I stayed for 4 nights, and I was warned that they don't do room service with this term, unless specifically requested, so if you hate what you things are moved a little every day in your average hotel during dust cleaning, Zoku has you covered. Supermarket and metro a nearby, so location is quite good even if it's not a city center.

My room had a view on an office building, that was not much fun. Not a ton of variety for breakfast options, though it was enough for me for 4 nights. Not a liveliest part of the city, even if bit long metro ride from city center.

The appartment was well organised and structured, with plenty of storage space. The kitchen worked well. There were enough powerplugs, to charge our equipment.

Some parts should have more maintenance. We needed aircondition all night. But this was not a real issue.

    6CharlesPosted on: 9-17-2025

Staff exceptionally helpful. Very "zen" ambiance which you either love or hate. Great orange juice!

    Bitter coffee.

    9Masha M.Posted on: 8-24-2025

    1. We loved our room. As in - we actually made a point of staying in it. The design, the bed, the big window, the shower. 2. Very good coffee in the rooftop bar3. The whole area on 5th floor, especially sitting outside. 4. We liked the area around the hotel and how close the metro was. The supermarket too.

    1. The temperature in the room. You can only cool it down by 2 degrees. Not always enough. A/C produces a slight noise2. Curtains not dark enough for light sleepers. 3. A toaster would be nice - didn’t find one in the room or the pantry 4. Service was friendly but not always quick. 5. Most upsetting - the frying pan in the room was filthy and full of goo. The one from thd pantry - not much better. Had to make scrambled eggs in a pot…

Everything is so cute. Apartments are small but very well designed and everything fit inside, and I had a lot of things with me. Stuff was so nice and helpful

    10JPosted on: 8-14-2025

The staff were very friendly. Also the breakfast menu was awesome. They clearly explained all of the options and a lot of alternatives were there.
