Location, comfy bed, and en suite veranda

The room size was good.

There was no AC. The breakfast only a continental snack that was terrible. The area was terrible. There was graffiti outside the front door of the hotel and around the whole block. There was a huge public works construction project 100 outside our window.

The hot rolls in the morning, the coffee making facility, the fruit and juice made this a great morning!

The drunks in the street at the rear yelling for hours in the wee hours was ... seriously bad.

The location was perfect for us and it was a nice small hotel.

Having to heft my suitcase up and down the stairs to get in and out. A ramp would be a nice addition.

The location of this hotel was phenomenal. It was walking distance to the train station, Christmas markets, Tivoli & many restaurants. You would not need a car if you wanted to stay here.

The bathroom was very small & the water from the bathroom sink had a slight odor. It is also loud on the streets near the hotel but that is expected due to the hotel’s location so I didn’t mind it.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the central train station & a metro stop. It was a great place to stay for three nights. Just 50 feet from the metro entrance. Our room was very nice. We had a large, comfortable corner room. The breakfast included pastries and fruits, delivered to our room each morning at eight. Highly recommend.

The pastries were great. Our favorite pastry was delivered on the first morning and we never got it again.

Absolutely perfect stay! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and bright. The inclusion of a mini-kitchenette (counter, sink, fridge, coffee machine) was exactly what I needed and made the stay incredibly convenient. The staff were all friendly and highly helpful. I've stayed in many hotels, some 5-star, but this one is now my number one choice. Highly recommend!

It was just perfect and was quiet and well decorated like a storybook hotel on TV. Loved the large windows that opened

The smell of the room is kinda weird (mainly due to carpet, I think). And the place is kinda old imo, TV and their facilities are not modern

The place was 75 m / 75 yards from local train station and able to get around town. The facility was very nice and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Location was convenient for our needs.

Breakfast was limited--the hotel has no kitchen so that assorted pastries, yogurts and condiments were left in our room or by the door each day. The variety of these varied little day to day.

The breakfast could of offered cereal and ok. I know they don't have a kitchen but they could of done more

The location was great.The bed was comfortable.The people were friendly.

Could have described what the free breakfast was all about. We suggest just having coffee and inform us they do not have a breakfast "room". The rolls in the bag hung on the door each morning seemed to be a waste, and what was left in the mini fridge to go with them was underwhelming, Room was clean, but shower needed attention. Corner of shower needed scrubbing and shower curtain needed changing, the orange mold on the bottom on the curtain was gross.
