Pros +
- The location, was good.
- Decent place for a decent price, close to metro station and a really nice pizza place with affordable meals. Sheets were clean, towels also, overall - really comfortable place to rest after a long day of walking. Grocery store right besides in case you need something, which for me personally is a big plus also. Really liked that there was a sink inside of the room and you can wash your hands and brush your teeths just like that.
- Closeness to the city centre and easiness to reach from the airport
Cons -
- I didn't like the fact to share bathroom and shower with other people, not having personnel there if there was a problem, and pay extra for WIFI. I wouldn't consider this a hotel, but a hostel.
- TV wasn't working, also poor noise cancellation if you have loud neighbours. Wasn't a big problem, but if you have troubles with sleep consider taking earbuds with you.
- Undefined smell in the premises, but easily aired room

Unreliable- do not book
We arrived at 1am which I warned them about and we were told it was okay. It wasn’t. Nobody was there to let us check in. I tried calling 7 times and no answer. In the end we left and never got an apology or acknowledgement.
I liked how close it was to the city centre.
I ticked the box for breakfast and parking. This hotel appeared in the list, but when we arrived they use to, but no longer provide breakfast. We had to ask for a kettle to boil water as there was no tea/coffee facilities. It is very basic accomodation, so I wouldn't have chosen it if I knew breakfast wasn't included.
The staff. Definitely the best part. I gave them so much trouble due to silly accidents and they stuck through with it.
A guest kitchenette open until late evening and a small rug around the room bathroom sink is all that's missing. Paid WiFi was a bit of a let down, but seems to be the norm here.

The room was clean, so was the shared bathroom. Close to airport, walkable to some cute cafes.
Lobby and stairways smell awful. You have to pay for WiFi. Staff closes hours early every night, so if you are trying to check in after like 6pm, good luck.
Bed was comfortable.
Filthy bathroom floors. Staff not friendly or helpful. I asked reception for hot water so I could make tea and I was told it would cost 20 kroner. Proximity to attractions is a little too far to walk. Thankfully we were able to rent bikes.
The beds were comfortable
When we arrived at the our floor, the smell was horrific. The girl in reception was not nice. No hello, no saying thank you, so saying goodbye. She treated us like we were not there. Zero from us.
The location
It's not a hotel. You have to leave "reception" and walk around the corner to access what looks like an apartment block. I felt like I was in someone's bedsit. Grubby, towels were as thin as paper. Toilet was disgusting. Don't stay here.
The room was clean and the location was great.
The check-in staff were rude because I paid through Booking.com instead of their card terminal.
The rooms are very good for a couple of days. The toilets were clean during our stay. The staff is very nice! We really enjoyed it.
- The smell of the reception can be improved. It smells like cigarettes.- The shower water wasn’t warm enough. It’s okay, but we like hot showers in this cold.- It would be nice if the cleaners can tidy up our room instead of only providing fresh towels
The hotel was clean and the location was great.
The tv in the room was not working, you had to pay for wifi and the lady at the front desk was not very helpful.

Reasonable value, and only 5 minutes walk away from a 7 - Eleven, Netto and the Metro station
Unfortunately the bed was rather low, and springy. TV in the room didn't work as it couldn't connect to a signal
The location was really convenient for me, given that I was only in a short stop-over in Copenhagen. On one hand, the hotel is close to the metro station, which made my transfer from and to the airport easy. On the other hand, the hotel is still within walking distance to the city centre, which enabled me a half-day of sightseeing. The room and common areas were clean. The bed was comfy.
The room was niceBig windowsRoom very clean
Loud neighbours Doors keep slammingBathrooms not so clean
Good location and price.
Extra cost for Wifi, would not hold my bags the final day after checkout. Once there was no soap in the shower.
It served as a place to stay overnight after our flight and before our drive. Check in and check out was easy.
Parking was tricky. Tiny spaces and someone had parked over the line making it difficult for us. The inside was old and dirty.
