The hotel staff were some of the friendliest we've ever come across.

It was smaller than we were used to and they didn't offer a refrigerator or a coffee option in the room.

I was given a bill for 142.00 more and not explained. Told itemized bill email but never saw it. Not impressed

The hotel was nice and clean, modernist and staff super friendly.

Breakfast was a bit limited and breakfast room very crowded, difficult to find a table corner to sit at. Not a long walk to the bus / train but a bit to walk in cold weather.

New, clean and well maintained. Great staff. All touch points were friendly and seamless.

It was just outside of the city center which was perfect for our stay. We got to explore south harbor and biked in and out of town.

Nice , cosy hotel

Ventilation was quite loud in room, small lobby and bar.

There is parking available, moxy style is nice as always. Staff is super nice

Parking was quite expensive as well as the bile rental almost 30€ per day per bike considering the quality of the bikes it seems expensive .Breakfast gets crowded. Not enough seating for breakfast setup.

Comfortable beds, Great Breakfast, easy to get to via train/metro from the airport.

Exceptional location, very close to city centre, only 2 stops by overground metro. Bus stops are also nearby. Easy to rent e-bikes, they're basically everywhere. The hotel is very clean and modern, very cozy. Good breakfast for additional price, has everything you need. The room was simple, yet comfy. There are iron rooms on each floor. Welcome drinks was a lovely surprise, sad we didn't get the chance to use those coupons.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are not too hard (at last a hotel where it doesn't feel like I'm sleeping on a park bench!) and the family room vibe of the lobby is real. I used the desk area and printer and it worked great. We spent 4 nights total and I'd gladly go back. Copenhagen is a great city!

The metro is not far (10mn on flat terrain), but with luggage and in the rain it feels like 30mn. The S train is a bit closer but not as accessible (one of us is a wheelchair user).

The hotel is well situation, close to train, metro and bus lines. We arrived there after 12-day cruise, so just needed a place to stay over the weekend before our flight back to USA. Hotel is comfortable, similar to a Hampton Inn, by American standards. Good elevators, lobby is on the ground floor, staff was pleasant to work with.

We thought 159 DKK for breakfast (about $24 USD) was too high, but having spent two days in Copenhagen, we learned everything here is that ridiculously expensive, so not completely out of line. The room was small, just enough space for twin beds, but no closet or drawers, just a few hangers for coats. Bathroom was small but functional, comparable in size to the one on our cruise ship.

No desk (only a thin ledge) and no "work" chair in the room - seems like a deliberate attempt to force people to hang out in the cafe/ lobby area

Staff amazing and so accommodating we were running marathon and let us bring our own food in breakfast dinner etc even do they served food onsite
