Well located staff so friendly

Situated by the metro

Small, well equipped, near the airport, good breakfast.

Totally satisfied

Location was convenient

A lot of amenity inside like water bottle and fridge is not included

Great location for the Arena gig, literally 2 minutes' walk from the venue. Easy train access to the airport and metro to the city centre. Easy check-in. Nice staff. We only stayed 2 nights, so can't really comment on much else, but everything was adequate.

There is no kettle in the rooms, but you can ask for hot water downstairs if you're a serial tea drinker like us.

5-min walking distance from mall and train station. Very convenient and close to CPH airport.

Close to arena and airport so perfect place for anyone who is attending the concert there. But also very convenient to get to the city center. Clean, cozy and very nice room.

It's my go-to hotel whenever I am in the Copenhagen area, especially when travelling by train (Öresundståg stops at Örestad, within walking distance) and attending an event at Royal Arena. An obvious choice.

Usually when going to Copenhagen, I travel by train (to Örestad station), but this time, I traveled by car. It worked equally well. Hotel has parking spaces in nearby parking structure. Convenient, but don't forget to register your car at the reception. Location is key for me and this hotel, either arriving by train and going to Royal Arena or having the motorway close, as this time. Spacious room. Solid hotel.

I've stayed here a few times, but never tried the breakfast. This time I decided to do that. I'd say it's basic at best, especially for being a high-brand hotel chain in a Nordic country. Not sure I'll buy it again.

Clean place, friendly staff, the breakfast was quite nice

It wasn’t worm enough in the room, especially after my shower it was really cold

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, but could have been more varied. Situated 10 minutes from the airport by train. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

I was surprised to learn that there is no direct metro connection to the airport, however regular trains are frequent.

Location

No restaurant, towels and linens smell

Cool, Clean, Close to station

NA

It was convenient for attending a concert.

It was pretty expensive especially since breakfast wasn’t included (I ended up paying for it since there were no other breakfast places close by).

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for The Royal Arena. There's a Burger King and a Netto within one two minutes walk. Only a short walk from the metro - 15 mins to the centre for about £3. Excellent luggage storage facilities.

Both of the free toiletries dispensers were empty. It cost around £200 for one night - which seemed expensive for the basic room we got.

The hotel was clean and staff were nice

There was no little things like boilling kettle and iron box. Yhe rooms were small

Close to Arena and public transport. Fit the purpose of having a clean bed for the night.

Rooms were simply/cheap furnished. Small beds & linens. Elevators were noisy and busy. Small reception/common area. I had to ask if it was the reception upon arrival as it looked like a simple bar with little to sell except beer and soda.

Brilliant location for the metro and train and 2 minutes from the Royal Arena. 15/20mins from the airport by train and 15mins from the centre of Copenhagen by metro

It was all great!
