Comwell Copenhagen Portside Dolce by Wyndham

The location

Serious construction right outside our window,

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room is very well equipped, nice bathroom, with smart TV possible to sinc with cellphone, and the bed, really comfortable. Looking forward to return at day soon just to enjoy the bed.The breakfast had many options, everything organic.

Interesting new neighborhood, felt completely safe. Coffee shop is around the corner, metro station a minute away, a good supermarket less than ten minutes away. My room was small but really comfortable and cozy. But: A small fridge would be nice, a kettle even better. The free WiFi is fast and reliable. Everyone was very friendly, checking in smoothly.

The luggage storage is weird, too complicated for most guests (QR code, PIN code, mails etc.). Breakfast is not bad, but nothing special (coffee isn’t any good).

The hotel is really well managed. The front desk staff are friendly and explain everything very well. The cleaning staff do an amazing job keeping our room clean. The breakfast is top notch and I would recommend it. However, car parking is not free. It is a shared UG parking and you have to pay by the hour or take a day ticket to park overnight.

good location, big and clean room, gym (not very big but enough for quick workout)

Very warm and cosy. Comfortable bed and pillows.Friendly staff.Lovely light breakfast area Enjoyed the breakfast selection

Everything. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, staff, location and the food !

Honestly, nothing. Very well maintained and operated

Great location, amazing breakfast and the hotel itself looks very nice

Double-mattress bed for to people

The beautiful design and the cleanliness.

Parking not included and way too expensive.

It was clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing . Great variety at breakfast . Great location

There had been snow, which had iced over. The area outside the hotel to get in to a taxi. Had not been cleared causing a real hazard trying to access a car /taxi especially for my husband who has limited mobility.

I had such lovely stay at this beautiful hotel, everyone was so kind and friendly especially the lovely ladies at reception. Unfortunately, I can’t remember their names but they were helpful and made me feel very welcomed! The location is perfect and feels very local with lovely cafes a short walk away. The room felt very modern and spacious and the bed was comfortable! I had breakfast included and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was much nicer than a traditional continental breakfast and felt very healthy and nutritious. Thank you for such a short but lovely stay!

The good soundproofing of the room.Cleaning is on demand, not automatic.

Medium breakfast options.

I suppose that the building is modern and they have a good spacious co-working area in the lobby. But this is really the only thing going for it.

The place suffers from corporate policies that are primarily focused on profit and less the comfort of guests. It's policy and I'm afraid that the staff cannot do anything even if they would like to provide better service. Every answer is "this is how our hotel is" despite obvious shortcomings as a hotel.

Felt safe

Would have liked a email before our stay about how close the train station was to the hotel. It would have saved us an expensive cab ride from the airport!

Very friendly staff and a good breakfast. Very comfortable beds.

Water pressure in the shower was terrible and the safe box didn’t work

Comfortable , clean , relaxing atmosphere. great location next to metro .

Very clean and great ambience

Not much but the location from the city centre but this obviously can’t be helped. There was a train station right next to the hotel which was super helpful

Location; staff friendliness and professionalism; cleanliness; bar / co-work / reception area.

Room was extremely cold; size of room and lack of wardrobe; Sunday breakfast buffet was rather poor compared to other days - some items were directly missing.

It was very clean, well designed, food is Yummie, it’s 12 mins from the supermarket, and 4 mins from Orientkaj Metro.

The air conditioning in the room is very loud and makes the room very dry. This can be remedied by pressing the fan button until it stops.

Spacious, modern hotel a couple of minutes' walk from the metro. It is situated in the northern docklands area, which is still under development. Getting around is very easy. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The prices in the hotel bar are somewhat on the expensive side, but as there was no other bar in the immediate vicinity we just had to accept it.
