- The bathroom failed ALL Inspections!!!
- Customer service was terrible. Hotel inside construction make everything dirty. This is not a 4 star hotel.
- The rooms smelled. And the restrooms had a really nasty odor.

The location to the tram en route to the airport was excellent-
I selected this hotel because it indicated that it offered an airport shuttle. It did not, a tram was available for payment. We had an issue with our room, the lights didn¿t work even after inserting the key card. Our room had to be changed.
