• I had the most wonderful stay at the Alden Hotel a true hidden gem that blends charm, comfort, and exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. What truly made my experience unforgettable, however, were two incredible members of staff: Amber and a young man from Ukraine (I regret not catching his name). Amber was absolutely fantastic warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Her positive energy and willingness to help never went unnoticed. Equally memorable was the young Ukrainian gentleman. He was exceptionally kind and courteous, always with a sincere smile and a readiness to assist. Whether it was helping with luggage, offering local recommendations, or just a friendly chat, he truly embodied what hospitality should be. Its rare to come across such genuine and lovely people in one place. Their warmth made the hotel feel more like a home. I will absolutely return and Ill be recommending Alden Hotel to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you, Amber and the young Ukrainian gentleman you made this trip truly special!
