If you play golf it's good. Rooms are at best motel 6 level no views and boring. By usa standard. Florida springs to mind. Staff superb.

Location quality and cost

We had one of the cottages for our family, 2 adults and 2 older teens. Having the 2 bedrooms was so nice, like our own apartment. Breakfast every morning was amazing. So Good! It was over Christmas so did not use the pool.

Only issue we had was rain coming in through all 3 of the sliding glass door. That is all to say as everything else was a "like"

It's a great location, free parking and easy to get around from.

The rooms and the whole place are tired, we stayed here on a previous visit and it's really gone downhill. We ate breakfast once and it was tasteless. The location is great but we'd never stay here again.

The hotel was very quirky and exceptional on cleanliness The staff were fabulous and friendly ..Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice..

The Hotel is fully adequate for its requirement, have stayed on multiple occasions. We didnt use the pool on this visit due to the weather. The breakfast is very nice with lots of options including a full English Breakfast. The rooms are of a good size and very comfortable.

Perfect location for our purposes. Plenty of onsite free parking. Great breakfast and updated rooms with comfy beds. Love the California 50s vibe of the pool and common areas.

Staff, especially Rafael, were very attentive and pleasant. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great. Good powerful hairdryer. Location was great.

Jacuzzi needed to be hotter and with more bubbles but it was still a nice bonus. Good powerful hairdryer however there was no plug near the mirror to be able to dry your hair.

It was a lovely hotel and the staff made our stay really special. The pool and breakfast were fab!

The sauna, steam and jacuzzi wasn’t turned on I don’t think so they were cold, but lovely facilities if they had been!

We have stayed here many times, the location is great and a short walk into the centre. Beds are comfy, breakfast is good and there is no issue getting a sun lounger. Staff on the bar and in the restaurant are friendly.

The €150 deposit taken out of my account when we arrived. On all of our previous visits drinks etc are normally signed for and put on the room bill which would be settled when checking out. I’m still waiting 3 days after returning home for a €94 refund.

The room was very small and the wardrobe was tiny with only 4 coat hangers ?

The location , pool facilities & staff were all really nice .

Although the room was a good size there was nowhere you could store our luggage & the bathroom was minute ! It was very clean but extremely well used & the bathroom fan didn’t work !

Convenient, if you have a car, to restaurants, bars, shopping, beaches and golf. Great breakfasts. Good bed.

Feels like an expensive motel! Standard room is tight for space. The wardrobe is too shallow so that the sliding doors catch on the clothes hangers. Hooks/knobs for hanging items on backs of doors and walls - especially in the bathroom - could be easily fitted and create a better guest experience.

Great locationClean room

Noisy. You could hear people walking up the metal stairs all night. Pillows felt like they were inflated rather than foam or feather. Didn’t have leg room to sit on the toilet. The room had English sockets that didn’t work.

Lovely hotel but rather expensive as it is in Quinta.The staff were super friendly and helpful.We book a standard room and these only have an empty mini bar. If you want a kettle, their sleep hub machine, etc you need to book more expensive rooms.It has a great gym.

The price ;-)And that you can’t walk to the beach or shops as it is off a busy road. They have bikes but they are not maintained (even if it is towards the end of the season). One had bad breaks and the other had a flatish tyre).The breakfast was just OK.

Breakfast, pool and staff were excelent

Breakfast had an excellent choice of savoury and sweet ,with really fresh fruits and yoghurts

The music around the pool was too loud so we tried to choose sunbeds away from the speakers .

Bedroom was clean. Spa + Gym area was very good. Free breakfast was a nice touch & staff were very friendly. Location was superb too.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and little crammed.

The hotel is quite and clean.

Location Far way from public transport or stores.

The room was very comfortable but the bathroom seemed very dated. The shaving mirror was rusty and the position of the soap/shampoo etc was difficult to use as the overhead shower washing the soap off your hand while it is dipensed.The little private terrace is lovely but during the warm weather it is hard to use the seating for long as the floor mounted air con unit pumps out very warm air. Air con is essential and we were very grateful of it and not sure if there would be any options to move the outdoor unit.

The bed was very comfortable and room very clean. We were at the hotel for less than 12 hours but from what we saw everywhere looked very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Superb breakfast buffet and an excellent gym.

Our room wasn’t ready on arrival and on another day, we had to wait until very late in the afternoon for our room to be cleaned. It was only once we complained at reception that this was done.
