Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa

Location was perfect for ease walk or take shuttle .staff very helpful in pointing out various activities.shuttle service staff was very helpful in restaurant selection and points of interest.

it had all the facilities and had free shuttles for the port and beaches

Beautiful hotel with stunning pool area, comfortable sun loungers and attentive pool staff. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a separate lounge area, huge bath and terrace where we ate breakfast overlooking the golf course. Lovely, quiet location and very easy 20 minute walk to the marina. We enjoy walking so didn’t make use of the free shuttle. This is the only hotel I will stay at in Vilamoura in future.

What have you guys done to the bar sitting area . Before it was so comfortable and cosey. Now is so uncomfortable to sit in the bar . It’s is a one drink bar now. Maybe someone should have sit on the chairs before buy them .

Breakfast staff member customer communication skills were argumentative and confrontational during lengthy confirmation process of the prepaid breakfast package.

Breakfast was included in room rate, however breakfast staff argued for proof from reception before allowing us to be seated for breakfast. The aggressive and confrontational attitude from the staff was not necessary.

Room and bathroom very nice, beds are very comfortable. Nice balcony. Good selection of swimming pools. Friendly and helpful staff.

All the cushions on the chairs by the main swimming pool were saturated with rain/pool water from other users. I would suggest that those should be changed after each person/at least covered when not in use during the rainy season.

Lack of facilities, dated and unfriendly staff. Cleaners knocking door at 08.30am and causing noise outside room door.

Beautiful and spacious family room and most of all, pet friendly ❤️. Dining in Cilantro restaurant was great. The breakfast was very enjoyable. We had amazing stay and shall be back soon.

I would personally liked bigger and little deeper indoor pool.

The room was really nice and staff very helpful. The pool areas were also nice.

The breakfast was average. I didn't like the fact that you couldn't order food from the pool bar and eat it at a table beside the pool. They were only allowing you to eat food bought from the pool bar on your sunbed which I've never had before at a hotel and for a four star I thought this was strange and inconvenient. I had to go to the restaurant for food which was a lot more expensive which is maybe why they do it.

This Hotel was the best I’ve ever stayed in food amazing staff exceptional comfort 10 out of 10 shuttle bus excellent for lift in and out of the marina I can’t wait to stay here again next year could not give it any faults

There’s nothing about this Hotel that I didn’t like everything was outstanding

The hotel room was falling apart-things were broken like the shower door,toilet roll holder,the latch at the main door was coming apart,the secured key came off left me feeling unsafe. Hotel needs upgrading ASAP

I paid more than previous years and the room was falling aprt,some staff were very rude, not accommodating with our 2 year old son. It was my 3rd time there and probably my last one

Everything. Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, excellent staff. Great pool areas. Adult only pool which was a game changer! Special mention to the exceptional staff. Every person we dealt with was just fantastic. So warm & welcoming.

The Aquasana restaurant is not as high a standard as Cilantro. Had to send back food 2 out of the 3 times we ate there. Having said that, the staff were very pleasant. The air con was not very strong in the bedroom. At times especially at night the room felt too warm despite the a/c being on full blast but overall it was acceptable.

The staff are fantastic and the cilantro restaurant was amazing.

The hotel is not really walking distance to the marina but the hotel does put on a bus.

The hotel itself was lovely and the staff were very friendly and welcoming .. one waitress in particular stood out her name is Ana and she always had a beautiful smile on her face.

We would have liked an airer on the balcony to dry out swim wear.
