Very spacious suites, with full kitchen and well equipped bath. Living room and dining area were nice. The location is a long way from the beach and marina area, but there is a daily shuttle to bring you to those locations, although infrequently now.

The facility provides small shampoo cond. lotion and soap in the bath, the kitchen is lean. You get a sponge and a small amount of Dishwashing liquid and one dishwasher soap. There was no coffee cream sugar to start. Have to shop upon arrival or bring

Everything was perfect

No complains at all one small disappointment was due to the main swimming pool being renovated but that was only an issue if I’m being really picky. The other swimming pool was great. The shuttle bus was extremely busy on the Sunday evening so have to wait for it to do a few runs before we got on

Clean spacious apartment

Too far away from restaurants and shops. Very expensive in the hotel complex to buy snacks/lunch/ coffees. The staff were reluctant to give us back our 50 deposit on keys saying that there was nothing on the system to say it needed to be returned. Make sure you get a receipt to prove you ve paid a deposit .

It is quiet, very well located and a very nice suite for a long stay. We were searching for a potential long stay for upcoming winters. The bed was comfortable, there is a very well equipped kitchen with a washing machine. The suite was nicely laid out with doors separating rooms so that if one person was inclined to sleep in, they could do so undisturbed. Parking was free and readily available.

The living room furniture was rather tired, with the easy chair seemingly broken. The seat collapsed backwards when sat upon. The front desk staff had to check with an off-site supervisor about any requests. Thus it lacked that lovely hospitality vibe that we have experienced in other Portuguese hotels. But this property is a Hilton, so it is not surprising that it lacks the boutique hotel vibe.

The restaurant and bar staff in sister hotel Garden Vilamoura (the resorts only eating option due to renovations) were exemplary and in fact made my 4 night stay so much more enjoyable. A special mention to Jhony Avila, Rui Pereira & Jose Carrada

I made reservation through Booking.com and availed of the non cancellable discounted pricing aware that pools were not likely to be open yet and that refurb may have some restrictions to the complex. This was understated and it was only when usual email pre holiday was sent that it advised extent of the refurb. No bars - No restaurants/snacks - Main adjoining Hilton hotel closed. I was locked in to the non cancellable holiday and would have cancelled given the option. Arriving in the dark I was delighted with accomation however was shocked in the morning to see the extent of the building site of the main complex with 20/40 workmen. My telephone complaint with Booking.com. engaged me with Facilites Manager who was understanding and we resolved so that I felt I was was getting value for what I was receiving. Pleased with outcome however disappointed with Booking.Com as I expected them to be leading the complaint negotiations with the hotel instead after 3 hours I had to seek out the hotel representative

Easy parking, nice to have a kitchen. Washing machine was the main reason we chose this location.

Front door knob broke off as we entered! The cable for the television was unplugged - we didn't realize this and struggled for a couple of hours to try to watch some TV. Once we found the unplugged cable and plugged it in things were fine.

Hotel apartments were modern, in good condition and staff cleaning team were great every day.

The price for what you actually get is pretty poor and there’s much better options with facilities. We were under the impression (due to the name and photos) that the hotel had a spa. It only had a very small indoor pool which stung your eyes with the chlorine. The spa was an up charge of a staggering £25 a day. Our room had a hot tub yet the hotel deliberately emptied it, then wanted to charge us £50 a day to fill it with water. The gym is poor. I didn’t like the fact reception staff wrote down your credit card details as a security deposit against loss of the room key either. This should be done electronically. Just a poor experience.

Although there were self catering facilities it would have been good for a few basics to be in the cupboard eg. sugar, salt, olive oil, tea, coffee etc and maybe a pint of milk

TV rubbish; mattress soft; poor lighting in bathroom, unable to put on make-up, no long mirror to check appearance for nights out. Air con switched off several times - tripped fuse? Key cards failed to open doors several times. Door bell didn't always work

Very busy resort, although managed well, never will get the “reserve your lounger for hours with a towel” mentality but I guess it happens the world over? Apartment was showing signs of damp and water damage.

The rooms were lovely and very spacious.

The pools r filthy and have a very rough surface, which all the kids cut themselves on (feet, knees, shins, hands).We phoned reception twice about a smell in our apartment, and water leaking all over the kitchen floor. We said we thought it was blocked pipe from washing machine. After second call, maintenance finally called, he told us he had to call his boss. When we phoned reception to see what was happening, they couldn’t tell us and maintenance didn’t come back to fix the problem.

pool area was very clean and the Tidy.The house cleaning service was very good.The Transfer for the hotel to and from the marina and beach was also good but could be more regular.

The pool champagne bar was closed which was disappointing.The water pressure in the bathroom was really bad.There is no shop on site to pick up small items

Staff, location, pools. Overall so premium and luxurious at a fraction of the cost. The restaurants, Seven Spa. Everything was just unreal.

Air conditioning not very cool, noise coming from buzzing on the roof and had to change rooms. Whirlpool bath didn’t work and the breaker tripped when you tried it. TV remote also didn’t work in second apartment.

Everything was 10/10. Spa and extra Milton facilities were outstanding. Staff super friendly especially vanessa and very attentive. Restaurants great, a shop within walking distance of 15 minutes. Shuttle was free to the marina and we enjoyed Everything. They made my birthday very special. Room facilities were amazing. 100/10 would recommend to anyone.

The pool was filthy, yellow green algae everywhere, hot tub had no water in it the whole trip, ants everywhere in the room. Just not a nice experience and probably book on air bnb next.

Outdoor pool bar and food kiosk was closed for first 2 days but opened up for the spring / summer on the 3rd day
