Pros +
- There is no way this is 4 star. It is dirty, drapes ripped. Furniture is 30 years old and faded and dirty. We left after one night it was so discussing. We would like a refund. This should be downgraded to a 2 star and then still would not stay there.
- Breakfast and location
- The location was perfect.
Cons -
- Everything apart from the location and breakfast
- With prearranged request for early book in. Where it was not guaranteed but to be met by a rude lady who would not listen . She did not want to know, another person suggested we give our phone number and they would phone, the rude lady took our number but never phoned. Come 4oclock they opened for booking in not a minute before, we got a gentleman and I ask if the was ready before hand and he said yes possibly around 2 o'clock. Compare our reception to the gentleman on Monday where Irish people like ourselves were given a room around 12:30 with a present demeanor. We had to leave our room at 11:00 requested a late check out but again understandably it was late to ask but unfortunately again when we were waiting in reception around 12 to 12:30 people were booking out.Maybe the lady was just in bad form but I think we should have received a better response from the staff. The hotel itself was perfect location, rooms basic but clean. Please pass on our comments on this lady as it's a bad reflection on other staff members who were very good and helpful.I look forward to hearing from you on this issue Regards Brendan
- Very, very loud in the hallways and the bathroom is very “tired.” Definitely needs updating.

Great breakfast, decent location, staff was courteous and accommodating.
Very, very loud in the hallways and the bathroom is very “tired.” Definitely needs updating.
Great staff and location, I stay here every time in vilamoura
Amazing staff so helpfully, room amazing and yes close the door and no noise . Place to be
Large rooms
A little dated and in need of repairs.
Good location , lots of space , helpful staff.
All good
Location was great, 3 min walk to the marina
Bathroom had a really bad smell, like there was something wrong with the sewer system, when I asked for it to be looked at they put a scented block in the toilet - that did not take the smell away
It smelled awfully strong after garlic, which was probably cooked in the kitchen before. Uncomfortable bed and a lot of noise
Good location near marina restaurants and bars, Nice 25m pool, quiet with no pool bar, easy to get umbrella and sunbeds. Large 2 bed apartment
- Noisy at night, especially until 5 am on a lots of nights, had to sleep with noise cancelling earphones in, music coming up through the floor from bar downstairs, Karaoke, could hear every word of songs - smell of ashtrays / cigarettes at 5am coming through the AC, turn your stomach, woke everyone up. Happened a few times - Cockroaches, found on 2nd day and smaller one on 10th day, complained to reception and they sent a lady up with can of spray (said they can fly in though the doors to patio if left open?). Had to catch it myself 20 mins later, saw running across floor
Overall it was an ok stay. This was my second visit to this hotel. Close to everything.
The room needs tlc.Room tv so dated - needs replacement ( remote too, at least 40+ years old)The sofas in the living room also need changing. There were no bulbs in 2 of the lamps in the living room.It definitely wouldn't be rated a 4* hotel room. A generous 3...
Excellent room with a magnificent sea view, beach and marina, good air conditioning that worked a decent size bathroom and a kitchen equipped with ad-equated equipment, excellent storage in wardrobes, comfortable beds and immaculate clean trout the flat, a magnificent balcony on the 9th floor (served by tree lifts) with adequate outside furniture ideal to have your breakfast and admire the naval activity in the Marina, a good sound isolation, and shops bars and restaurants right at the door step.
Having to leave.
Hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly, Room was spacious and clean with great balcony , the hotel was very central and close to the beautiful marina and restaurants and bars, would definitely recommend and will definitely be back in the future
It’s in a great location
My apartment was filthy. Floors dusty, hairs every where. The most ridiculous amount of hair in the shower, blood stains next to sink tap. Also the noise was incredible, from outside to people upstairs moving furniture along wooden floors. Very dated and in need of some serious renovation
Excellent location had a marina view was fabulous. Big rooms.
Needs updating kitchen and furniture looking worn.
Location and value for money.
The rooms are very tired and desperately need a refurbishment. Cupboard doors peeling. Flooring badly scratched. Bathroom very dated with awful shower curtains.
Easy check in, large apartment, great balcony view of marina. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great value 2 night stay in December. Location A.
Great location for the marina and as a base, but basic and not a typical 4*
central location.near the night life
bathroom looking tired . required replacing
