The grounds were well kept

Small substandard rooms for 3 people. The bathroom had chipped paint. The hotel is too old

Wonderful breakfast and dinner buffets. Everything was tasty. The grounds are beautiful and the fresh water pool and artificial beach are great for the kids.

Probably the worst house-keeping I've ever encountered. Our family room was moldy. When I complained they emptied an entire canister of AC disinfectant into it which made it even less habitable. Then they moved us to some apartment outside of the hotel which had smelly sheets and semi-working AC. Basically our entire first day and night were ruined. The guest relations lady was very friendly and apologetic and really tried to help, but just too many things went wrong - the above were just the major ones and I'm not going to post a huge rant here.Drinks at dinner and in the beach bars are outrageously priced and cocktails were very thin.

I didn’t like that there is many pools for family’s, but only one small adult pool you couldn’t dive and even swim it was like children pool!

Disabled access and facilities are not the best , only access to pool area and restaurant is via another restaurant or on a corridor where rooms are and through doors with a lip to get over not easy with a wheelchair and 2 lifts to get there.

It is a lovely hotel located within walking distance of the marina, but away from the busyness. Gorgeous grounds around a lake, with great pools.

Fantastic location, great facilities, amazing grounds, excellent and very accommodating staff.

The bar and the a la carte restaurant could use a dress code to match the presumed standard. The plumbing in some of the rooms should be checked: drainage problems. SPA sauna had no light for two consecutive days.

A bit far from beach and marina. lots of children running around. We had to wait a while at reception to check in. Restaurants very busy.

Good: Amazing bed, clean well equipped room, great location, beautiful grounds Not so good: only one heated poor which was dominated by kids so we couldn't use it without getting water pistol in the face. The food that should be hot at breakfast wasn't hot (e.g. porridge and eggs)Perhaps if you are used to staying in adults only hotels, this may not be the hotel for you.

Great location being able to walk to the marina. Staff are very friendly and service is good. Having a heated pool is a great touch

The surface of the pool is really rough, my children’s feet. Got shredded after a day in the pool. The pools I. General need some proper maintenance- missing tiles, a bit dirty looking. Food is incredibly repetitive after a few days

The location is brilliant and the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. As a solo traveller it was lovely to be made to feel so comfortable throughout my stay. General facilities were amazing and loved the grounds, pool and spa, and how this linked so closely to the beach and marina. The breakfast buffet was excellent and rooms were kept lovely and clean throughout

If going B&B I thought the dinner buffet was a bit expensive, but plenty of options and the salad selection was always good

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The facilities were top-notch, featuring a heated outdoor pool and stunning lakeside views. The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed the best cocktail of my life at the amazing raw bar—truly a memorable experience!

The temperature in the sauna was lower than expected, making it less enjoyable, and I found it frustrating that it closed so early at 7 PM, limiting my ability to unwind after a long day.

All the staff were exceptionally welcoming and polite. The room was spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed the spa area which is kept up to high standard. Would definitely like to come back again.

They could improve the gym

Buffet restaurant disappointing . food not particularly warm .no hot plates available .Suprised at lack of well trained staff. Informed that lot of untrained agency workers being used . definitely not 5 star service.Restaurant itself was cold and draughty ,not well lit(gloomy)
