Big rooms! Nice poolside breakfast.

Even though room was good size, it felt like it needed upgrading.

Good size pool area.

Had an issue where the air conditioning unit was leaking all over lamps/phone chargers etc one night. Got moved to another room, then in the morning told we'd have to move back or pay an upgrade fee. Eventually let us stay in the new room for nothing but not after lengthy discussions. Breakfast wasn't great.

The pool and bar was nice and clean.Staff were excellent.Also the restaurant was good.Breakfast was basic but sufficient.Dinner buffet was also good value.All in all was good value for money and a hidden gem.We were so grateful to get it after a very stressful day of our flight being cancelled.Ryanair did not help at all so we were lucky we found it.

It was a bit out in the country but we are quite happy to walk although they did provide a free shuttle bus.

Staff great, location good, lovely and clean, unfortunately water not hot enough for our shower. Breakfast good. Overall would stay again, probably ask staff about water, but as we were going on to other accommodation we did not bother

If you are after a nice relaxing holiday, then this is the place for you. Staff are all very pleasant. Its location is a bit out in the sticks. A hire car is cheap enough. They also have a mini bus at the hotel. Walk to the beach is about 45 mins. 5 mins in a car. There is a nice restaurant/bar just down the road. Over 10 visits up to now and will still go again.

In all honesty... it nothing.

Staff is very friendly and we got a quite unusual request fulfilled: old newspaper (to dry wet shoes). Breakfast is really good and the pool must be nice in warmer weather.

The toaster in the breakfast room squeetches - I nearly got afraid that I could not eat breakfast after returning home without hearing it ;-) The air condition and its command are quite a miracle - they sometimes work together and other times don't. Why? Perhaps god knows. Just try again and try again. Then it works somewhen.

Quite a large hotel, but only two stories high, the rooms were arranged along a very long corridor. A long walk to breakfast (although we could have taken the car!) Very nice room, with outdoor area (which we didn't use in early March). Breakfast was good. We also had the evening meal several times; not much choice on the venue, but there was plenty of food and it was inexpensive. Outdoor swimming pool (unheated?) also available, we weren't tempted in March. Quiet location, just off a minor road, which itself was just off a main road. Short drive/long walk from the sea.

We were right down the far end of the corridor; the hot water only just made it to us, and the WiFi didn't.

The shower was great as was the coffee machine when it was working

Power cut on last morning its very old style and needs a tidy up breakfast was very poor

Quiet area. Ran a free mini bus to and from the beach. Nice pool a d bar area. Fair choice of food at breakfast and evening meal. Good parking. Staff helpful and friendly.

We were in a room at the far end of the property in a separate building. The room decor was quite dated. Beds had blankets not duvets. It was good to have a pool there though.

Breakfast was awful it was basically the ham and cheese that was out from the night before the hot items were awful either stewed sausage or scrambled egg that was already mixed with tomatoe etc

Breakfast: small selection, food looks stale, flies crawl on food.Room: old air conditioners, where the remote barely works. Ants! Ants everywhereThe second pool is quite dirty.

Nothing , but the staff was not that bad

The worst value for money ever. The pictures didn’t match with the room , very small and no balcony , not very clean … I already made a complain to booking to ask for a refund ..

Didn't have a problem with the location or the staff but the manager! I booked through booking.com for the first night then I said I'd like to extend my stay she advised me that it would be better to do it directly with her on reception so I booked that way and it was ten pound more expensive!! Idid like the location I didn't have much choice as every other hotels were fully booked so I booked the safe way and cheaper way the through booking for com it took my payment but a wile later I received the hotel had declined the booking! As I was booking out the manager on reception informed me I could extend my stay till the fourteenth but it would be one hundred x 90 euros i asked the lady manager why she declined my booking com she denied it! I found her attitude very pernicious and very herfull! With racism undertones

Everything else. The price is really high for the accommodation. We had to walk 4 min (no kidding) to the room and the room has a strange smell. The breakfast was terrible, like school canteen. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. The bed sheets were not smooth at all, they didn't actually had sand but it almost felt like it.

I liked everything including the swimming pool and breakfast! The staff are so kind and polite and about the rooms, they have the biggest rooms in Quarteira ! Everything it’s perfect

the beds. we were bitten alive and think we had bed bugs. we were in a parts of 7 and we all had them and was not mosquitos as we had been staying at another hotel the week before and had nothing. we only used this hotel for one night and we all had bites

Very clean and lovely hotel. Pool area and bar areas were lovely, better than the pictures looked! We got upgraded to a family room which was huge and we had a nice balcony.

You need a car to get around, we used a Portuguese company vitauto which was also great.
