The apartment was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good.

Spacious apartments, very clean, really comfortable beds, lovely staff.

There were staffing issues which impacted service daily at breakfast, and replenishment of food, also during our stay, there was one day without the poolside bar or restaurant open. A heads up about this would have been appreciated.

Excellent location in the center of Quinta do Lago. Apartment was extremely clean and looked like it had been renovated recently. Breakfast was also a plus: nice selection and great location (Sena restaurant).

We were not particularly impressed by the pool. It is large and also has a hot tub and a steam room, but part of the area is covered (a partial roof conceals a retractable cover that allows the hotel to have an indoor pool in the not so warm months). While I understand this design (certainly a plus for winter stays), this type of layout is not that great in summer months - at certain moments of the day large parts of the pool are on the shade, which can make it uninviting (specially if there is some wind). Constructive suggestion: the beach is a bit far from the hotel (this is true for most properties in Quinta do Lago), and requires a 15min drive or a 40+ min walk to reach. As an alternative, it would be a great added value if the hotel could provide bikes to the guests.

Location

No privacy on balconies. No proper curtains on bedroom windows. Bareness of living room -very cheaply furnished. Door at rear of property open to an open gate - security risk. Hall into apartment and up the stairs beyond grim and dark and frankly, scary. Beds were hard. Sofas were hard, Shower was inside bath tub with really slippy surfaces. Kitchen was best part of apartment - the rest is two star at best. Was told we could have late check out at 4pm on payment of a 50 euro fee , then told on the morning of check out I couldnt . Eventually they gave it to me but caused unnecessary stress. Overall, the balcony was the worst - on full view of every other apartment. Really terrible.

It is a very nice location but it's worth noting that you really need a car to enjoy it properly.

The villa was absolutely fantastic. Every aspect of it was exceptional. The staff, particularly the lady in the restaurant, were incredibly professional. The villa also boasted a fully equipped kitchen, they are providing guests with excellent facilities throughout their stay.

The internet connection on the second floor is poor

Great size apartment. Good Size pool and lovely jacuzzi. Nice size club, not too big.

If we visited again which we would, we’d try and stay in an apartment that had the sun on the backing earlier.

Pool clean, location good, sports facilities great. Lovely walks along the coast line. Shopping centres close to resort.. Golf courses looked good.

I cannot understand how you would allow dogs in this establishment We have had barking dogs everyday and to allow animals into the food establishments is beyond me

Spacious and nicely apartment. Nice environment. Large swimming pool and jacuzzi. Large bathroom with floorheating.

Breakfast is understaffed. Quality and choice with breakfast is mediate/low. Staff at breakfast is friendly but understaffed. Would expect better. Is does not match the quality of the apartments. The coffee from the coffee machine was terrible. Please invest in a better machine.

Location is great, very quiet and in an exclusive area. The property was very clean.

The beds aren’t the most comfortable and the decor is slightly old fashioned. There are no basic foodstuffs left in the kitchen ( salt, pepper, oil or milk ) so if you do intend cooking in you will need to add these to your list.
