Aquashow Park Hotel

The staff, breakfast

Cold huttub and indoor pool

We surprised thst they offer us 3 hours of indoor water park and it had a plenty of entertainment facilities, such as playground mini golf, pool table and more

The hotel was incredibly clean, the staff were very attentive and polite. The food was reasonably priced with a great range of drinks. We came out of season but after seeing the size of the outdoor park we will definitely be back in season, considering how much we enjoyed this visit. Great for young families who's kids love swimming and slides.

The location made it hard to walk to the beach or town, but that is no fault of the hotel, a swift Bolt/Uber soon took care of that

Water park access, kids activities, friendly staff.

Breakfast choices we limited! No smoked salmon, avocado, bananas, fresh smoothies or yogurts…

Great for families with Kids. A ton of activities and playgrounds. It felt safe for our son to be on his own and play on his own. Very close to the park.

A bit more variety on the buffet would be great. After 3 days it felt repetitive. However the quality is ok.

Proximity to the water park

The futon bed in our room for 2+1 was appallingly inconvenient and uncomfortable. This was changed at my request for our second night stay. The staff at the inside and pool side bars- they were not friendly. The breakfast layout was exceptionally disjointed and the coffee was pool quality. The check in time of 4pm. is of utmost inconvenience given most hotels is 3pm. The reception desk staff were unable to help me with our bags to the room when I asked, as he said they don’t do that and I had to lift them to a room behind reception myself until our room was ready. The room view of water park was nice (which I requested) however the level of traffic noise made it difficult to sleep at night.

Cleanliness, convenience, good food, friendly and helpful staff

Great family hotel, staff very friendly. Loved the indoor water park, especially Spa area.

Extra bed, it's so hard and uncomfortable so the child could not sleep on it.

Stef was super nice , kids had a great time and with the car we were close to Faro old city . Great experience

the room was very good and clean, the food was excellent and facilties for our 3 year old

we went to this hotel for the aquashow indoor pools which we went to once only as we were shocked at how full it was too many people far too noisey. After the once we didnt return and went only to the hotel indoor pool was much quiter

We could not fault the hotel, staff, or standards, all were fantastic. The only thing to consider is the location as it is too far from town to walk and limited footpaths on busy roads for safe walking. Need a taxi every time you leave the hotel. Even then, taxi services were amazing with great restaurant recommendations and prompt service

Location is the only negative but we still had a great time

Very nice hotel with everything you need under one roof. Staff were exceptionally good. So friendly and helpful. Kids entertainment during the day was brilliant. Food was lovely.

The only thing we were missing was a bit of a night entertainment or maybe just some music.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pools were spotless, providing the perfect spot to relax, and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations—thank you for creating such a fantastic experience!

The breakfast was great, the room with the balcany great. the outside and inside pool amazing. And even we didn´t go with kids, it is a great familyfriend hotel

I really liked how attentive and genuine the staff is. They are so nice with the kids and make them feel special. They would be proactive at inviting them to them to the animation and engage them into their planned activities.

Great free entrance to aqua parkGreat playground for kidsFriendly bar staffAll new and clean but rooms are too basic small 3 star level

Barebones 3 star hotel.. nothing in the room at all, no bathrobes, no amenities, no slippers, no coffee maker, no water bottles, empty minibar.. what happened? Uncomfortable and small but clean. Too basic. No champagne experience. Good only for kids,Very basic dinner. Boring breakfast Dinner not accepting payment by room

The staff really makes the atmosphere there, very nice people, they are amazing with kids.

The beds were not that comfortable, hard matrass, I didn't sleep so well. The shower was definitely something they should fix, hot and cold, hot and cold, impossible to keep it at the right temperature. My 7 year old got almost burned. And the water pressure is also bad in the shower.

Hotel was great and clean and the kids loved the water park etc. the only thing I would change is the coffee. there was no coffee in thermos and the coffee at breakfast wasn't very nice... just the powder stuff, yuk!!! please provide better coffee its important

As atividades disponiveis: parque infantil, mini golfe, piscina interior

Comida

The hotel is very clean ,the public areas are well maintained and the rooms are spotless .
