Breakfast - a fine buffet , multi- choice and well presented .

Hotel is very dated . Constructed as a 5 star , it now falls below those standards - in particular the separate garden ¿ pods ¿ . Showers are poor , and rooms a long away from the hotel .

Location, huge availability of sun loungers, reception area smelled AMAZING! Wonderful breakfast.

The gym..very outdated and a lot of ants in it.

It’s quite big, if you don’t want to walk a few minutes to your room or ask for a staff member to take you by golf cart then request a closer room

Everything was very good. We ate breakfast lunch and dinner over the course of our stay and all were excellent - lots of choice and good quality. The multiple pool areas are great with lots of options for sun beds and keeping the kids happy.

Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed but are a little tired and old fashioned

The room was a chalet in the gardens and very run down and outdated

I only thing I didn’t like was; The mattresses should be of a much better quality and standard to match the standard of the hotel

The walk into hotel if you are staying in bungalows and quite a few steeps steps , also very limited bar food menu, very limited food menu for celiac in the restaurant and bar .

Garden rooms very outdated, indoor pool scruffy and outdated. Noisy frogs in the pond to the front of the property!

Lovely setting, staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice.

Main building seems great

Studios behind main building are aged, rain comes through some of the villas resulting in wet floors inside, construction of a new pool ongoing (works only during main hours, but not exactly a nice view)

The size of the room for me and my daughters was great, because we were able to sleep in separate rooms.The breakfast and food in general was very good and the staff was able to accomodate our preferences.

The room had ants, a lot. I think it was due to the transformations and work they were doing outside, but truth is the room was recently cleaned but the ants were there.

Breakfast is fabulous! Every option available. Room is very spacious. Bathroom immaculate. Valentine's day was celebrated with complimentary biscuits, prosecco and a little bracelet. Very nice touches.

The hotel and room in general could do with a slight refresh. Decor is slightly tired. Pillows weren't great.

The rooms are outdated and on the whole the hotel could use some fixing up. Mattresses were hard.
