It is quiet and relaxing with large and modern rooms. Great breakfast.

The spa is divided from the indoor swimming pool. The spa area is smaller now and you have to get to a separate space for the pool and the relaxing chairs. Prices for food and especially drinks are too high. The bar and restaurant where empty. Maybe lower the prices?

Staff were warm and friendly.This is an all suite property and the facilities and comfort are exceptional.Breakfast was fantastic with a wonderful display and oodles of choice.VERY nice resort close to wonderful golf courses and walking distance to a beautiful beach and nature reserve.Really suited our needs

Wi-Fi wasn’t stable in my suite. It only worked in the common areas which doesn’t help on a work trip

Outdoor Pool was freezing. And indoor pool was being renovated.

The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. We especially loved our suite and its amenities.

If it's labeled 'Adults Only', then it should be consistently enforced and not just mentioned on signs outdoor and indoor. The sauna is very small (fits a maximum of two people), creaks loudly, and isn’t in a separate area—it’s openly accessible in the 'Adults Only' pool area. So in the end, you end up being the naked one among the pool guests.

It was my second time staying here and I loved it even more than the last time. The rooms are spotless and have everything you could possibly need. The bed is soo comfy! We used the spa twice which was lovely and relaxing. The staff were all so friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Not walking distance to that much but just a short cab away which was fine for us!

Swimming pool very small, and around the pool very run down. Sun lounger need updating, also the umbrellas.

The staff on reception are dismissive and rude. We explained on arrival that we had to fly home immediately due to my mother being very ill , a dementia patient that had a nasty fall , the reception staff told us they will not even consider a refund and were very judgemental in Their approach.Also , booking.com, you did nothing to help the situation at all ! I am a long time loyal customer and was left alone to try to fight my case. Booking.com were useless on this occasion.

Wonderful two week stay. Staff are so friendly especially to children. We loved our suite. Highly recommend.

The suites are lovely.The corridors are so calming.The restaurant food is excellent.The beds are so comfortable.

Unfortunately 2 of the large coffee cups in the cupboards had not been washed and had lipstick and stains on the side.The grab handle on the bath was very loose.

Breakfast had everything you could possibly require. Room was large and had a separate dinning and cooking area

Room temperature was very room even after the sensor on the wall was reduced and also the noise from the corridor was very high as i think the tiled floor makes it sound more than it is!!!!

From check in to check out, the staff were really helpful and professional. Room was spotless, breakfast and dinner excellent.

Staff were really helpful and polite. The suites were spacious and clean. The bed was huge and super comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice.

The noise from people moving furniture. I suggest all moveable furniture is given pads to prevent noise when moving.

The suite was great, notwithstanding the initial issue with neighbours cooking smells and a leaking sink, but overall it was exactly what we wanted for our stay and we were delighted with it. I felt that the restaurants could be better. The main restaurant had what we felt was a pretty limited range and it wasn't cheap. The bar food was absolutely fine, although again not cheap, and the service sometimes left something to be desired. Overally all though it was lovely and the staff dealt with the issues we had very promptly and professionally. We would certainly go back.
