Price of a Diet Coke at the pool was very expensive so went to supermarket across the road

Good but a few changes I didn’t like. Gusto bar used to be dark but comfortable and relaxing. Now feels too formal and bright. Perhaps just because the other bar was being refurbished.

Hi we paid a high price through booking.com fora junior suite as a special occasion but discovered on arrival there was no breakfast included which was really disappointing. When I checked on same day on B.com it was a lot cheaper than when I booked. The hotel couldn’t do anything as I had booked through booking.com and not direct. Makes me not want to book again through B.Com

Clean and luxury hotel, outside pool heated even in the winter.

Uncomfortable beds. Selection at the breakfast bufet is really poor.

Fire alarm went off in middle of the night for no reason

The Room was exceptional, the SPA facilities were very good, comfortable and clean.

Nothing really but if I had to criticise the water in the Tea Urn needed to be warmer

I liked the spa, advertised heated pools , was not the case. Steam/ sauna very nice. The massueses were so amazing. Only thing really worth the price was the spa and location to shopping and wine.

Ants. Older facilities and style. The unkept condos in the front of the hotels were an eye soarer

Really plush. Lovely decor and ambiance and great food. Beds amazing and stunning grounds and room.

Slow reaction on handling a noise issue and medication removed during cleaning. Poor communications after we raised the issues with no feedback until the last day when room was moved.

The facilities at the property were exceptional and the staff were very courteous and helpful. I enjoyed the food, using the gym and other facilities and I wish we stayed longer

Pretty much everything was as advertised and the only regret I had was not being able to use the spa service as they didn’t have an available masseuse for the time we wanted to book

Staff were very helpful, efficient and professional. No query was a problem and completed to a high standard. A very nice touch at breakfast when the staff referred to you by your name.

The staff were exceptional, very friendly, very polite, very helpful.The SPA Room was very good and the Bedroom were very comfortable, clean and spacious.

Staff, breakfast, and the level of facilities were exceptional.

It does not feel homely or cosy nor very authentic but rather like a huge international hotel. Everything is high quality but it kind of could be anywhere.

Exceptional breakfast, so much choice, staff are so attentive and polite, how they remember names when I only visit twice a year, surprises me every time. Super service, every time.

Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful in every department. Breakfast choice was excellent and hot food was always hot as refreshed often.

In house restaurants a bit limited. We were surprised you had to pay to go to the beach and have a sun bed you got a free ride down there but had to pay 40 euros for 2 sun beds. it just seemed odd for a 5 star hotel in the Algarve.

Staff were very friendly. Really clean and the facilities were excellent

Decor was dated and a bit bling. Sign posts are needed to explain how to get a baby buggy upstairs without going up steps.

We love everything about the property from all the facilities the gorgeous rooms and staff are amazing. The food is expensive but very good quality. They cannot do enough to make your stay special

The daytime food around the pool is very expensive

Spotless, fabulous service, extremely comfortable rooms. Travelled as a solo and always felt very safe.

Availability of sunbeds - couldn’t always find somewhere to lie in the sun.
