We liked the location

The rooms were very small! Bathroom very small and not very clean. I indicated it was my son’s birthday but not one gesture

Variety at breakfast was wonderful, always stocked and cleaned. Fresh squeezed orange juice was a bonus. Walking distance close to so many things. Felt safe. Room was very small, but yet satisfactory and we had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay

Hallways to room had an unpleasant odor sometimes. Bed was just a little too firm, but seems to be the norm in Europe.

Location was great.

Had the worst experience ever. After a day of sightseeing, I returned back to the hotel room just to find used sanitary pads and cotton buds (which I previously put inside of a bin) were taken out from the bin by the housekeeping and put inside my bag with souvenirs, which I left in the room. Have never felt more humiliated in my life. This was definitely the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Very Central, clean, comfortable beds. The only issue was that the room was really cold. But we told reception and they fixed it straight away. Breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend.

Almost everything was great.

The rooms and bathroom are very cramped and there was a smell of drains in the hallway and my bathroom, because the property needs some renovation.

The location was perfect, the room was warm and comfortable, the bathroom was adequate.

I would like to have a kettle in my room.

Great Location in Graslin close to shops , bars , restaurants and a short walk from nearest tram stop.Staff very friendly and helped us to store baggage in the morning prior to afternoon check-in.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, good shower, perfect spot in the centre with lots of public transport. Everything worked in the room and bathroom and for the price, with a good breakfast included, it was good value for money. I've stayed in hotels in the centre that cost more, but had smaller rooms or were shabby.

The room facing the street was very noisy, and because it was too hot and the air-conditioning only came on at 24°, I had to keep the window open. But they specified a room on the other side for next time.. Keeping the window closed would have helped a lot, and anyone who sleeps well wouldn't have been disturbed.

Nice, light room in a central location. We were able to leave our bags there in the morning and check in when we came home at 10pm, there is a 24-hour concierge.

The room is small so only a tiny table and stool to sit on if you need to work, some rooms are on the ground-floor quite near the breakfast area, though we were on the first-floor. But this was all fine for us.

Great hotel in a fantastic location - everything you need is within easy walking distance The staff were all really friendly and professional. The rooms are comfy and the breakfast is really tasty (also plenty of it). Can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay here next time I'm in Nantes.

Ridiculously small rooms. A squeeze through doorways and tiny room space.

Bathroom. Had to shimmy into the shower and squeeze through a small gap as didn’t open fully. Smallest shower I’ve ever seen and room also.

The room was very small (no actual desk to work) + the room was next to the elevator + the was smell of humidity in the room.

The carpets are old and need to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. Some of the staff were lovely but others not so friendly.

Staff very friendly, excellent location, rooms were small but comfortable. I've stayed in much smaller rooms in Paris. Breakfast was good too.It's quiet too as located on a small street.

Would be nice to have coffee making facilities in room.
