ibis Styles Nantes Centre Gare

Very good location Parking opposite at the railway station Breakfast was great Allowed us into the room an hour early Staff very nice

It’s close to the train station and also in the city centre and I was able to walk almost everywhere despite the fact that the tramway is just a stone throw and also the bus station.

I didn’t say I don’t like the property. Was just there for a night.

Very good location, acceptable wifi

Bed sheets were not clean and even had spots. When I called about it, I was told they were short on staff and that I should go to the front desk myself to get new sheets—completely unacceptable service (and change them myself?!). Breakfast was also awful: cold boiled eggs and a coffee machine that wasn’t even working.

Simple check-in. They will upgrade your room if they have space (for free). The rooms are neat and tidy and the access to the train station is great. Best place to stay if you need to be near the train station

We often stay at Ibis , this one had had a recent “ makeover “ and hence was “ better than the average “

Difficulty of access ..

I am fully seduced by the Ibis Style hotels

The elevator is very narrow and there is only one. I didn't meet any issues but, in a seven-storey building, I guess it might be a gap.

Great location close to the railway station and easy access into the old town. For the price the hotel is spot on with a good breakfst.

Slight bathroom smell on entry to the hotel.

Loved the decor, comfy bed, great breakfast and brilliant location near train station.

All good

Great location next to the station and all sightseeing spots within walking distance. Nice cafes and restaurants are nearby too.

The interior of the room had no french charm to it.

Great location in proximity to the station and a short walk either into town or nearby restaurants. Will stay again.

Convenient location when using trains and local trams. Very helpful and pleasant staff, spacious, comfortable room and excellent breakfast

Minor - there was a room safe but it didn’t work.

Very comfortable stay. Nice sized room. Good breakfast. Helpful reception staff. Located close to the station and a short walk to the historic centre.

Hotel met all expectations and was good value (with decent breakfast included), so nothing to mention here.

Exceptional

I liked everything about the stay especially breakfast yummy even catered for gluten free. Thanks to the nice American lady made my stay even more impressive. Many thanks.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is situated a few minutes walk from the train station and almost all of the major tourist attractions and neighbourhoods are accessible on foot. The tram line also runs right in front of the hotel, which is very practical and free on weekends so easy to hop on and off. Despite the hotel's proximity to the train and tram it is very quiet and we were able to open our window at night. The breakfast buffet is also excellent with a good variety of foods and breads.

The main downside is the size of the rooms. We stayed once in a standard double and it is quite small for 2 people especially if you have large suitcases. The second time we upgraded to a larger room which was not huge but significantly better. In my opinion, the size of the room is still offset by the convenience of the location and the hotel's reasonable price.

From the moment we arrived excellent. Ronnie & Max were very welcoming. All staff exceptional. Breakfast very good also. Fabulous location.

The Location

Staff not very welcoming particularly at check out. Air conditioning not working . Very uncomfortable pillows .

Perfect location across from the station and near to all the main sights. I got an early checkin which was perfect as I’d had an early start. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Big room, aircon, comfy bed.

Fire alarm in middle of the night, false alarm but seemed to be zero communication from staff.

Functional room, tidy, breakfast was o.k. with a good selection of juices and teas, cheeses and meat, eggs. etc.

All as expected.

Great location easy to walk everywhere. Very clean hotel everywhere. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Checkin & out very smooth & allowed us in room early & also left luggage on checkout safely until our flight in evening

Just needed access to a kettle or coffee machine during the day & evening
