Pros +
- Location was excellent; overlooking the main square! Parking right outside the hotel; free after 19:00. Staff were excellent; very courteous and helpful. Overall a great stopover!
- centric and simple. good for a quick few nights
- Easy access by tramway or busClean and quiet
Cons -
- A little tired; some mould on the shower!
- they don’t have anyone available at night, its a self checkin - the machine made me pay or wouldn’t give me the code to enter (even though i already paid with card through booking). money was then reimbursed, but an unnecessary bad experience. other than that it was okay.
- Complicated access to building on first arrival, as limited reception opening times. No chance to drop your luggage off early.

Breakfast, okay.

It's very well located
It wasn't properly clean. Beds are extremely small
Good value for money for 4 persons. Good location too. Tram station just outside hotel
Toilet slightly dated but spacious
The hotel is located in a good position, 10/15 minutes walk from the main central streets. In the area around you have bars, boulangeries, wine bars, some restaurants. Quite area.Even if the room is quite small it is comfortable, apart from the single beds, which are really, really small. Everything was clean in the room. It is good for a short term stay.
You cannot enter the hotel before the check-in time, because there is no one at the reception, everything is automatically managed via a computer outside the hotel, which does not release the entry code before the check-in time. So we had to stay 3 hours walking around with our luggages, because it was impossible to enter the hotel. One morning during our stay the cleaning ladies made noise in the corridor, loudly chatting, so it was impossible to sleep.Internet connection is poor, and every time it disconnects and you have to re-log again and again. In the reception hall there is a bad smell.
Easy check-in, plenty of parking near the hotel, basic room but clean and sufficient for a night on a budget, comfortable bed.
Excellent location! Close to bars/restaurants etc and right in the town :) Staff were very helpful once reception opened.
Check in is computerised and kept advising I had no booking but worked once I added just my first name. Was unable to add/access the car park until 5pm when staff were available although check in was available much earlier. Very basic and only 1 paper cup for us to share. I’d stay again as excellent location if you just want somewhere to sleep and shower :)
so many things. comfortable. twin rooms available. location is amazing, 10-15 minute walk to Centre-Villa (city centre) . vending machine/coffee machine available in the lobby. self-check in available. Very clean. They made our beds every day and gave us fresh towels every day. Breakfast is available for a little extra money. (11.90 euro I think each day per person) lovely shops, cafes, restaurants and bars around accommodation. Would defintely stay again. Loved the experience. Reasonably priced stay.
Maybe a suggestion of a little kettle/coffee and tea availability in the room.
The location was great,It was clean,The staff were friendly and very helpful
I thought the price included parking and had seen it was 6 euros but was then charged 12 euros on top for parking. I also asked if we could park a couple of hours earlier than our check-in time and was told no . Yet when we arrived there was a lot of free parking spaces..
The concierge was friendly and assisted us when the room’s door lock did not function. He changed our room which was an upgrade.
There was no staff available until later in the afternoon to let us in the coded door.
What I liked about the property only had to stay one nightthe parking was ok for the motorcycle
Turned up at the property 1330 Machine wasn’t working to gain access. There was a note on the door saying the staff would be back at 14:00 hours waited until 1430. No staff turned up took 20 minutes to access on the machine. no air conditioning in the room no soundproofing on the windows could hear all the noise from the street and the bar below .no information from anybody to say the air system was not working, no information how to gain access to the park area I have stayed in several B&B hotels over Europe. This was far the worst B&B hotel I stayed in will not be staying there again.
Clean, convenient. Good value for money. Fairly spacious for 3 in the quadruple room. Beds comfortable. Aircon was ok - not brilliant but ok and not too noisy at night. Continental breakfast available.
Bathroom could do with a bit up an upgrade. Vending machine wasn’t working.
Room clean and comfortable with great air con, lovely bed and pillows and great shower. Location was good too and proximity to the tram after a long day being a tourist.
Nothing I didn’t like.
Great location, clean, comfortable and an absolutely amazing shower with lots of really hot water. Breakfast was superb and all the staff were lovely.
It had A/C which was needed in the heatwave but it was only one temperature. Obviously cooler than the temperature outside but as an older lady that gets hot in the night even in winter I would have liked to be able to make it cooler.
The staff were great especially the young man whom we met on day 1. He is a keeper though he seems to work very long hours. We see him in the mornings and at night. The property seems a bit understaffed compared to other B&Bs I’ve stayed in - one of more recent was Antwerp. The property and room were very clean.
For times when there’s no front desk staff, room information should be more visible - as in signage. For example, maybe a plaque / sign with the floor numbers with each set of room numbers. There is one for the rooms on floor 0. We assisted people to look in the elevator got their room locations. So… a sign could be helpful. Also, when we say by the front people trying to get inside without codes keep asking us to let them in. This discourages sitting downstairs! One final issue was the TV cutting in and out on the last 2 nights (not a major issue).I’d stay again
Friendly, welcoming staff. Bright , clean reception. Clean room and super comfy bed.
Poor breakfast.
Very convinrent location. Fantastic staff. Lovely breakfast.
For me the bed was a bit hard and the room was a little cold.
Nice location, comfy bed and sound proof bedroom
Upon arrival there were nobody at the reception, so it took me time to find out that an access code was sent by email few minutes or hours before, breakfast is quite basic, my room smell really bad because of the gas emanating from the toilet
