It's new, so clean.

Staff was clueless and apathetic. Restaurant in hotel closed on weekend despite huge event at nearby stadium. Skeleton staff on a busy weekend. Location in the middle of nowhere.

it was super clean and functional, it was close to public transportation, the staff was very kind and helpful !

maybe that my room was right in front of the elevator and escalator door.

Clean, well-appointed rooms. Good value.Plenty of secure parking. Really helpful and friendly staff. Dog friendly with grass verges outside front door for last toilet breaks.Good location for traveling through.

The staff were all absolutely amazing could not do enough for us and with lovely smiles too. The room was beautiful very well thought out and super clean.

A new, clean hotel. Good location, easy to find.

Advertised with restaurant and room service but this is not available weekends. Charge for parking, there is off site parking available outside the hotel. €17.50 for breakfast is too expensive and not good value.

This hotel was a big positive surprise to us. We had to book it last minute because our original booking was cancelled. Rooms are very big, the lobby area is nice, breakfast was delicious! We even had dinner once, which was very very good! (Especially the strawberries in wine)They were super nice to the kids and we felt extremely welcome.

It’s not their fault, but the location was quite inconvenient for us. Luckily, public transport works great and there is a tram stop just 5min from the hotel.

It was a national holiday but there were no staff in the kitchen which was a shame, so had to order everything which became pricey

Spotlessly clean. The staff are all young and exceptional. Friendly and helpful at all times. They speak several languages including English. Nothing was too much trouble. I took my breakfast and dinner at the hotel because I was travelling alone. The food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Great venue for the exhibition centre Beaujoire and the football stadium. The excellent tram system is a five minute walk from the hotel. Although I am English, I live in France and travelled by train and tram. A very simple journey through France. Nantes has excellent transport links and an international airport.

I'm English so a kettle in my room is essential for tea making as the water needs to boil. I take my own and my own tea. The staff supplied milk and a teapot so I was happy but if you are peculiar like me take a travel kettle...you can get collapsible ones now! I'm not complaining but have learned from experience.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Absolutely top grade employees!!! They handled all my requests very professionally.

There was no baked beans nor mashed eggs in the breakfast! No sausages too!!!

Very comfortable bed and close to the 844 but quiet.

The room layout was good. Reception staff were excellent , they provided us with coffee as we had to await our room being prepared

No restaurant available, limited bar facilities, no snack foods
