The hôtel is in the center so very well located. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our two rooms were very small.

Very pleasant staff and a great welcome. Room is small but very well laid out . Very comfortable bed . Breakfast exceptional value with interesting local produce

The friendly staff at breakfast and the food was very good. The reception staff were also very helpful. The hotel was in a good location.

I did not have the breakfeast. I will say the service the/ front desk were superb. the check in and check out process took all of 2 minutes. The location is great a 5-10 minute walk from the city center.

Very friendly staff and convenient location. They recommended the nearby Maria restaurant for dinner, and it was excellent.

The room was too small. The length of the bed was 190cm. No proper desk or coffee/tea appliences It was a challenge to move into the room.

Very comfortable bed for a hotel stay and sizable room, which is unusual in French cities.

Reception staff very friendly and super helpful with ideas of places to visit and how to get to them. Breakfast was excellent with nice choice available. Location was central and evening entertainment all within walking distance.

Our room was an attic room that was a little warm - it did have aircon but this was noisy so opened window and then got bitten by midges. Only a minor issue though and didn't detract from our stay.

Location was perfect, easy to find hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly.we didn't have breakfast but it smelt and looked delicious

Exceptionally friendly reception staff.I was able to choose from several rooms.They spontaneously recommended the most beautiful sights in Nantes.They also gave me advice on restaurants.Very friendly and helpful people.
