Very clean for its standard. Has all amenities for a suite except AC.

There was no AC. I did not realize this was typical of most hotels in Nantes.

Location - near SNF station Friendly and helpful staff Small kitchen allowed us to prepare supper and breakfast(there is a grocery store nearby)

Several light fixtures did not work Beds were not very comfortable

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. The reception was open during all time which allow to access any time during day or night.The room was okay and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and proper. The room is perfect for the price!

The location is a bit far from the center and there are no many shops around the hotel.We had to ask for the hairdryer in the reception. The room did not have one.

Like a decent sized hotel room, but with fridge & kettle & microwave mini kitchen. Nice 3rd floor view aspect into very large green quadrangle between other buildings. Staff very nice on reception & mostly spoke English. 7-8 min. walk from Gare du Sud (south end of station). Good Carrefour supermarket around the block so ate in from microwave. 5 mins walk from tram along riverside- public transport transport Free on weekends!

The area at night prob not the best. No real restaurants in that area at all that I saw

Comfortable bed and compact but functional room (especially the kitchen)

Location - wise, it’s very near to restaurants and shopping area. There is also a pharmacy a minute away. Helpful staff - they arranged for breakfast to be ready an hour earlier because we had to catch an early morning train. The apartment unit was very clean and comfortable.

No AC, poor ventilation and bare bones, pics make it look nicer than it is.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk to key sights like the Château des Ducs de Bretagne and Nantes Cathedral, and about 10 minutes to the Commerce tram station, which makes it easy to get around the city.For example:Les Machines de l’Île is just 10 minutes away by tram,Trentemoult can be reached in 30–40 minutes via tram and then by river bus from Gare Maritime.There’s a Carrefour City just 3 minutes away, which is super convenient. And right downstairs, you can grab a coffee and a delicious pastry at Les Triplettes, no need to go far for a great breakfast.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped - I was pleasantly surprised to find a small dishwasher!This was my first time visiting Nantes, and I’ll definitely be coming back, and staying at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Walking distance to gare and car rentals. Parking available. Breakfast was good, not fancy but plenty of choice.

It's located very close to Nantes train station and to the shuttle station to the airport, and Less than 10 minutes walk to city center. So for me it was very convenient. The bed is comfortable.

The toilet and shower has a bit of a moldy smell

Nice people, good location close to train (make sure you depart from Nantes Sud - you will be much closer) close to tram, chateau, not far from town - plan your walk - make sure you add the one minute to be in the scenic areas of town rather than the quickest route which is not scenic) big door/window to outside, good shower

When you enter the hallway it smelled bad...maybe from people cooking who knows....but have to do something about that...room also, but once i opened the window that was find

Great location, easy to find, and close to almost everywhere in the city. 24/7 reception ready to attend to your needs. Sufficient apartment for a family of four.

Parking information could be sent in advance, not to drive around afterward. Parking places tiny, should arrive with smaller cars.

Very nice apartment. Fully equipped. The staff are very kind and helpful. The area is very convenient, near the station and close to various city attractions..I fully recommend it for whatever purpose you are visiting the city.

I was completely satisfied with the room size, furniture, bathroom and heater. The location is perfect, in the centre. The next door is the shopping centre and the entrance for RER . Breakfast is very good. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Probably it was a mistake, but for two of us we got only 1 set of towels.

Staff were very helpful, polite, and very good.Excellent location. Great value for money.

Towels were small and thin. Would take my own next time.
