    Pros +

    • It was a great location, and the staff were helpful and charming.
    • The room was a very comfortable size, including a spacious bathroom. The large windows provided lots of natural light and the large cupboard had plenty of space to store clothes and luggage. A couple of drawers would come in handy as well as some hooks in the bathroom.
    • Lovely clean and comfortable room

    Cons -

    • It was quite a challenge for us to get to the hotel as we were not aware that we needed a code to access the property. It would’ve been helpful to have the address of the spot as well as directions for lowering the barrier so we could drive to the hotel and drop off our luggage.
    • There was a complementary bottle of apple juice. We would rather have had a bottle of water. We could not regulate the temperature inside the room. It was too hot and a little uncomfortable during the night.
    • Requested a steeet view but got a wall view

    Location and cleanliness

We were on the second floor, the colour scheme is black, and I mean black. Black walls and carpet. Poor lighting. No where comfortable to sit in the room. Even if you wanted to it would be like sitting in a cave.

There is nothing I can describe as something I liked

The room was probably the smallest hotel room i have ever stayed. There was high smell of urine in the bathroom. I would not categorise this a 4 star hotel.

Very good location for the city centre

We booked it as the room said it had a bath, (we have a 1 year old so needed a bath) but the room was only a shower in it.

Location, relaxed and friendly vibe. Great floor to ceiling window in the room and well sound proofed when closed.

Breakfast was a little expensive. Room was a bit of a tight squeeze especially around the wardrobe area

    10AndrewPosted on: 9-9-2025

Small but well-equipped room. Perfect location to explore Nantes and very friendly and helpful staff. Suffered from noise from the street on the first night. Not a lot the hotel could do about it. Very good stay and recommended.

Nothing. The street noise can't be controlled by the hotel.

Location and fantastic upstairs room with city views down 2x picturesque streets in the old town.

Perhaps a small table and an additional chair to sit at and to dine in or have a quiet glass of wine.

The entire hotel was beautiful. My room was huge, had every comfort I would expect in a 5 star $1000 a night hotel, and was in the most central location. The staff was efficient, professional and welcoming.

The breakfast buffet was just ok, nothing special.

Cozy, cool and comfortable hotel. Great choice to live, and great location in center of town. It’s a little away from the train station, but trams are available so connectivity is good.

    5ThomasPosted on: 8-22-2025

Very central location, attentive stuff and clean.

Room was smaller than expected and had super tiny bathroom

    7JohnPosted on: 8-20-2025

Room was ready when we arrived early. Good sized room with large window.

The Wi-Fi was very temperamental, couldn't log in at all from my telephone and tablet kept disconnecting. Also very little space for hanging or storing clothes.

Great location, nice decor, quirky and individual

    Breakfast

    7FlorianaPosted on: 8-8-2025

Excellent position, quiet. The breakfast was really nice, with excellent varieties of teas and yogurts

The sheets continuously slipped on the mattress cover and this made the bed uncomfortable and "noisy"

    10ElenaPosted on: 8-3-2025

The hotel is situated right in the city centre ( with easy access to a car park ) but it’s very quiet , very clean and the staff is always welcoming and happy to help with whatever you need.

    Nothing to say

    9OlgaPosted on: 7-27-2025

Central location, beautiful historic building, aircon in the room, welcoming staff

    10TomiPosted on: 7-26-2025

Really nice room. Bathroom with a window. Building itself historical and beautifully restored. Great breakfast with everything you can wish for. Helpful smiling staff.

    8JenniferPosted on: 6-16-2025

Large room and comfortable, great location and enjoyed our stay

Can hear a lot of street noise as we were on the second floor at the front of the hotel

    6RebeccaPosted on: 6-11-2025

    Location

I don't believe it was worth the price and rating it has. It was basic amenities. My room was very dark and the view was a wall, despite being advertised with 'city views'. A little underwhelming really.
