B&B HOTEL Nantes Parc Expos La Beaujoire

Absolutely nothing - we were unable to enter our room and had to go to another hotel - which had a lift ( I am disabled& had been allocated a room on top floor - no lift so IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TO and when I contacted B&B Hotels and Booking I received no response until it was too late I shall be asking for a complete refund of money spent to remedy this !

This place had an air of desolation and poverty . It was dirty and no one there to help . I left messages to ask for immediate contact as the room allocated was impossible for disabled person to get to as it was at the top of many stairs - no lift- on the top floor . I will NEVER use these hotels again as the treatment I have received is trull appalling. disgusting and not what anyone in their right mind would accept!

It's OK if you only want a place to spend the night.The room was clean and had a good shower.

No way to comunicate to anyone.I needed an hairdryer, I sent a message and nobody answered.On check out day, even though check out was for 12 pm, they asked us to leave the room (rudely) at 11 am, I was in my room working.

Receptionist extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. Advised on restaurants in nearby shopping mall. No dinner available, but breakfast was substantial and tasty with great choice.

Location; a bit difficult to find, tucked in a small laneway beside a busy shopping complex. But beware, after hours, reception closes and one needs to remember one's booking number to access the IT system controlling entry to the bedrooms.

Possibility to access late (23:30). Nice room clean...

We stayed here for 1 night for the rugby World Cup. Perfect location to get to the stadium. Dog friendly. Rooms compact but comfortable and clean. Easy to check in with self check in machine. Met our needs very well.

Some strange bugs in the room, very cold, not enough towels, cleaning lady tried to come into the room all morning before the check-out, at 11 o'clock (at check-out at 12 o'clock) they knocked at us to make us leave.

I can only give my personal experience Having arrived in the evening by bus, the hotel is a 10 minute walk up the road. It was far easier to access than the maps suggested.. It's a 12-15 minute walk to the tram station for easy access into Nantes. The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and warm.

The walls were thin and you could hear everything, from a telephone conversation on the balcony to someone using the toilet next door.

For a budget stopover Hotel it was exactly what we needed and better than expected. The Tram is a 10 minute walk away that takes you directly to the City Centre and all the sites. Excelent Tram system and cheap! 1.75 euro for an hour ride! We didn't need breakfast but it was offered. There are vending machines for coffee. Bathroom was reasonable size as was the room. Free secure parking and close to the motorway so no fighting traffic into the city and out.

Elevator? A little dark - could do with another or brighter light. But not a concern for the price.
