DEMAIN Hotel

This was one of nicest little hotels we have stayed in in a long time. the rooms are small, but beautiful and smartly designed, the people are really nice and the breakfast is great. it's giving Wes Anderson vibes all around.

We have nothing bad to say about the place.

Pretty room. Clean. Nice and helpful staff. Loved the window on the roof (5th floor)

Only a curtain seperated the bathroom and the room. The smell spread throughout the whole room and it was a little cold to leave the window open.

I really liked the hotel’s amazing location, the super friendly and welcoming staff, and the little extras like free coffee and tea at the reception. The family room was spacious and comfortable, and getting a free croissant one morning was such a nice touch!

The amenities were pretty basic: just a single shower gel/shampoo combo in the bathroom and no coffee machine in the room. Still, everything was clean and comfortable.

Very nice boutique style little hotel. Loved the decor and the room was lovely and quiet.

Nicely designed apartment with a good kitchen.

We had some trouble with the heating which needs a bit of maintenance, but it was OK. Be aware that the apartment is an 8 minute walk from the hotel, where you pick up the keys.

Nice location in the city center, free coffee and tea, lovely staff.

Good location, about 8 minutes walk from Commerce stops. Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and there were plenty of coat hooks to hang clothes.

It would have been good to have a chair in the room.

staff and the decoration. Both wonderful. The full colourful decoration of the whole little hotel it is amazing. And the things home made are beautiful and lovely.

Absolutely great location really close to the Graslin area, and Centre Ville. Room was quirky which I like. Spotless, crisp white towels, comfortable bed. Quiet. Staff friendly.

Shower temperature/hot water intermittent. Not keen on an attic room as no window, but I wasn't in my room that much so not a deal breaker.

Absolutely love the branding! The rooms are so cute and cosy! The shared social and lounge spaces were very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great location near the tram line too which was convenient. Will definitely stay here again but not in summer because it was too hot!

Lack of air conditioning! I very nearly died from the heat! I was on the top floor and had a roof window which helped with the ventilation but not with the sun. It was so so hot and my chocolate melted hahaAlso it was quite loud with my neighbours coming and going.

The apartment was fantàstic, right in the center of the City with all the commodities needed to spend a perfect 3 day trip in Nantes. The beds were super comfortable and it was supplied with all the necessary things. The personal in the reception are really nice and helped us with every question and necessity. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Cute little hotel with nicely decorated rooms. The small room on the top floor is perfect for one person. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I could safely store my bike in the garage, which was a big plus. I didn’t try the breakfast but was able to fill up my thermo with hot water. The location is great for exploring the town.

Nice design, good breakfast (though mostly sweet, but not only)

Needs renovation. Some mold in corners of the room and shower. Carpet in the hall looked disgusting. Room very small.
