Great location and nice to have the lounge all day

The very bizarre bathroom set up where you could see into the bathroom from the bedroom! Not good.

Excellent location, chic hotel and very helpful staff.

The bathroom layout is strange, as you pass through the shower to access the toilet and basin. I wouldn't recommend it if you're not close to the person you're travelling with.

Comfy bed, great breakfast and excellent location

I’m not a fan of bathrooms ‘in’ the bedroom or of the glass and slatted louvre door style walls, or having to step through the shower to the toilet and basin area - but it was only for one night.

Break fast was reasonable although the scrambled egg was not always hot. Good for parking the car, although rather expensive.

Unfortunately, we were woken one morning at 03.30 by the fire alarms and the guests did assemble at the reception area. After 20 minutes, we were told to go back to our rooms. There was never an explanation.Make sure you check your room service. We had no room cleaning or service on one of the mornings. By the time we had returned from our day out, it was too late for room service and we had to ask for toilet paper.

Good. Location and very helpful staff

Room was cold, heating seemed to be broken in the hotel. First room I checked into the heating didnt work at all, second room the same. 3rd room, the fan worked but never heated up.

The breakfast was very good! Great choice between sweet and salty dishes, scrambled eggs and pastry. The really nice thing about the hotel is the lounge area though. It is accessible all day and has coffee, tea and biscuits. They serve an Apèro before dinner and the staff is available at the reception.

Actually, everything was very nice. If something, the way the bathroom/shower is constructed is may be worth rethinking (as other guests have noted, the shower comes before the toilet, so the floor gets wet). Nevertheless, I would gladly book again!

Bizarre bathroom, glass walls, limited privacy and why would you build a bathroom where you walk through the wet shower to get to the sink and toilet!

The hotel is ideally located in Nantes city centre, close to all attractions, monuments, bars and restaurants. It is also not too far from the train station either. It is a modern hotel and the room we stayed was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom in our room was very poorly conceived as to enter the bathroom you have to pass through the shower, which means that after using the shower you have to walk on wet floor.

organization of room: more the selfishness of the architect to create sth. special than useful for guests. No place to put the suitcase. Is so few space 4* ? Curved walls kill space with no extra benefit.

Location was excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Loved the sauna. Loved the fact that you could have a hot chocolate or tea anytime you wanted in the big breakfast/living room.

Bathroom was not so good. The shower was weak, and the floor could get slippery, with no handholds.Walking into the garage the bins were close to the door and were very smelly

The location is very good, and the hotel offers a special common room beside the lobby where you can sit anytime, enjoy a drink, and even have some food during certain hours – all included in the price, which is a nice touch.On the downside, we specifically chose this place because it advertised parking, but with only 12 spaces for around 86 rooms, we had to park about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The lobby and corridors are designed in a very unusual, almost experimental style, but they felt more strange than warm to us.Our room was okay but not very cozy. One important detail not shown in the pictures: the bathroom is divided with glass doors – first the shower, then another glass door to the toilet. This design makes the room look larger, but in reality it feels smaller and less comfortable, especially when the shower area is wet.Overall, the location and included extras were good, but the design and lack of parking made the stay less convenient than expected.

Staff very welcoming. Gave great recommendation of fish restaurant 'La Loco'.Club lounge and welcome drink just great. Perfect breakfast.Also so good to gave parking right under the hotel in the middle of the city.

Easy to find, close to shops etc. Underground parking although when opening car boot the boot lid often caught on garage roof. Staff helpful. Room well equiped and quiet.

Breakfast expensive for limited choice. Cheaper to use local cafes for breakfast.No hot water for 3 hours on arrival due to annual maintanance. Not informed when booking in at reception.

The only (small) complaint is the bizarre bathroom layout: to get to the WC and basin you have to go through the shower, so if someone has just used the shower you have to walk over a soaking wet floor. And all of this is within the bedroom separated by a glass wall. Very weird.

Excellent contemporary feel, clean and very comfy beds with fresh linen bedding.
