It's OK if you only want a place to spend the night. The room was clean and had a good shower.

The room neighbors were noisy.

Not much, the bathrooms were clean and each room has a sink in it

The sinks bubbled up sewage from the drains through the plugs all night which made the room incredibly smelly. The rooms were unbearably hot and there was no air conditioning.

Shared bathrooms and showers that i never saw them clean. There was soap and toilet paper only in one toilet. No vendilation in the room and no air condition. The window had a warning that you open it with your own responsibility, without any protection from outside that lead to a really hot room in the summer and you couldn't do anything. I stayed for 3 nights and they never cleaned the room, changed the bed sheets, not even empty the trash bin. They didn't provide any towels. Last, the room was full of squished insects on the walls, disgusting!

Guests Drunk and shouting all night, banging on doors. No staff control. Difficult to sleep.

The property was close to where we needed to be in terms of location for a rugby game- a 1/2 hour walk or 15 mins via public transport.

Facilities were very basic however I wasn’t expecting much more considering the cost of the property so all in all not a massive let down.

The F1 was exactly what you'd expect - very basic but adequate for an overnight. However, what made this F1 stand out from the normal run-of-of the mill F1 was that just across the road was a really good restaurant; all too often F1s are only adjacent to pretty horrible chain eateries - but here was La Vacherie, a friendly and comfortable place where you can see the chef grilling great steaks, chops etc on a massive charcoal grill. Turned our overnighter into a night out.

The reasonable price.Several places to eat very close by.Close access to the main road ensuring a quick escape from the premises.Secure parking.

The room resembled an oubliette.The sheets flew off the plastic covered mattress.The shared toilets smelled like an open sewer and regularly ran out of toilet roll.The showers had the aroma of a Mumbai storm drain.

Showers were good strength and warmth.

Location was rubbish BUT that’s my fault for not checking. But a distance from the city centre. Was noisy from either the pub opposite or some sort of club. Could hear the music thumping until early hours. My room absolutely stunk, even on day 2 when I’d lift the window open all day! No soap in the room either. Toilets and showers are strangely located in the main corridor when you come up the stairs however, having said that the showers were actually really good for a hostel! The toilets however have no sinks or soap, just hand sanitizer in the corridor. I didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment however there was always at least 1 leery man sitting in the entrance or out the front smoking and as a female solo traveler I felt a bit uncomfortable.

We didn't have the breakfast but the reception man was super nice and helpful as we arrived very late also loved the decor

It was clear the sheets on my bed hadn’t been washed as there were pubes on the sheets when I pulled back the covers. The man at reception seemed understanding and changed my room but I was verbally assaulted by the man at reception when I went to ask him a question at reception this morning and he began swearing at me for changing rooms. Totally unacceptable behaviour from front desk staff.

you can microwave and get hot water, the bed, friendly staff

the location is outside the city (50 minutes to the trains ration with bus), room was a little hot

the hotel was clean and quiet at night close to cycling centre and shops, facilities working and clean

I didn’t have a kettle in the room to make cup of tea that I missed
