The hotel is so beautiful and clean, with a great location and a very friendly staff

Location is excellent. Just in the center if the city.Room was comfortable with good quality queen double bed.We requested the room with bathtub and it was fulfilled by the hotel.A special thank for the housekeeping lady, who gave us some very good chocolate candies. Me and my wife spent a good couple of days in this hotel for a very good price during Christmas Eve and Boxing day.

There were no fridge in the room. Not a major thing, just a note for the ones for whom it may be important.

Fun decor and conveniently located. Easy to walk everywhere.

The rate of our room more than doubled when we asked about staying another night (without using booking).

Great central location, good breakfast

We asked for bed to be set up as a king and they just pushed two pre-made twin beds together rather than remaking the bed as a king bed with a single sheet. As a result the beds separated in the middle of the night.

The hotel is conveniently located in the pedestrian zone, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was pleasant with a comfortable bed. Also, the breakfast was generous and tasty.

The room was a little smaller than expected but still provided a comfortable base while we explored the city

Very convenient location and lovely staff who spoke English well. Breakfast was an added bonus with an early start (7am) which enabled us to eat before airport departure.

Cute decoration, great shower and working AC! Good breakfast, bonus points for the brioche from Chez Fred. Ideally located in Nantes city center.

The Billie is a classy residence, surrounded by restaurants and bars. A nearly all pedestrian area.

Not Billies fault, but we were there on the "summer solice". Didn't know it was such a heavily celebrated event. Every street corner had a band or DJ. The sound was so loud, sleeping was difficult. Mind you the next morning you could have heard a pin drop.

Perfect location, incredibly friendly staff, nice common area, small, but very clean rooms, good value for money.

Breakfast was good, but should’ve had some vegetables. Most of what was on offer was sweet and/or heavy on carbohydrate The air-conditioning was a bit wonky, but it did work. These are minor complaints – it’s an excellent hotel, and I recommend it enthusiastically.

The staff were so kind and welcoming and their breakfast was the perfect start to our morning. Our room was beautiful and always clean when we returned from our adventures

The staff at Billie is friendly and professional. The entire hotel has a nice and well thought decoration, which is very pleasing to the eyes. My room was comfortable and the AC worked great. I also appreciated the fact that the breakfast included local products (brioche)

A very minor comment: the layout of the room, combined with its small-ish size, made it difficult to open my suitcase conveniently.

Central location, design with character, helpful staff.

Good central location. Very good value. Quiet. Comfortable. Very pleasant helpful staff. 2nd time I've stayed - and Hotel/rooms appear to been recently and nicely redecorated.

Small room. Limited storage space.

The hotel is located in the city center, so it's very easy to get everywhere. The hotel is clean and the staff are lovely and very helpful.

The lift wasn't working and I am disabled, struggled with the stairs, but it's not their fault as it was mechanical issues.

Beautifully decorated rooms with lovely attention to detail. Comfortable bed, large shower, and fresh water available from fountain in reception. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Friendly, helpful staff made us feel very welcome. Good location, near shops and restaurants. Fantastic value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing to dislike

I had a wonderful experience at Billie Hôtel Nantes. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and their exceptional service truly stood out. During my stay, I accidentally left a silk scarf in my room. To my surprise, they reached out to me promptly via WhatsApp and email to inform me about the forgotten item. They even went the extra mile to offer options: I could schedule a time to pick it up or arrange for them to send it to me. Additionally, the hotel’s décor is absolutely charming, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere. This level of care and attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Billie Hôtel for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism.

The room was comfy and nicely arranged, a little small, but for two nights spending all the day outside, it was perfect. The shower was good, the breakfast excellent, the people working there very nice abd helpful. The street outside can be noisy, earplugs are recommended. It is very central so handy to visit the city or find a restaurant. I went running and in just a 1km away there is a nice canal to follow towards the north, quai de versailles, with a little harbor and then it is a forest.
